was there at 8pm picking up employee with a hoodie was there listening to music not paying attention he made me move lanes with tons of stuff in my hand when the girls before me he rang up in that lane then he told me to move all my stuff back why would he have me switch lanes then switch again! this guy shouldn't work there

Please hire a competent pharmacist. Head pharmacist forced me to get a new script from my doctor for switching to a generic medication. In the past 10 years I never was forced to get a new script for a switch to generic of this medication. Then, when I picked up my medication it wasn't a generic, it was a name brand. Pharmacy head staff is very unreliable. Overall, Oleg has poor communication skills. He rarely initiates following up with concerns or pharmacy requests, you need to remind him. Even if you are standing there in front of him in person, he won't initiate following up until you do. I am without medication because he never communicated with me all week the status of my medication. I spoke to him and my doctor 2 times on Saturday to send over a request that was first filled in NJ. It is now Wednesday night. I thought customer service was integral to CVS's mission...

I am a CVS customer for the last 15 years. I went for a family trip to Grand Canyon from Houston. We had rented a car from Phoenix airport and on the way back we stopped at this CVS for buying some beverage. The parking lot was almost empty at 9 pm and we parked the car there. Before going in to CVS we thought of having a small dinner at the restaurant next to this CVS and when we returned after 45 minutes we didn't see our car. I came to know that my car was towed away as I stepped out of the property for 45 minutes. I knew it was a tow zone but assumed I will get at least one hour grace period before they tow the car. I am really upset the way they treat the community. Finally I had to call Uber to go all the way to the towing company at night and released the car by paying $155. Hope they will see this review and consider giving 1 hour grace time before towing cars in future. I won't park there again but this post is meant for the good of the community.

This is my normal CVS and it’s always a good one to come to but I wanted to come here to leave a review for Brian Ferrell. He’s an awesome guy, always very polite and willing to help. I came in to get my passport photos taken and he immediately dropped everything to assist me, did my photos and my transaction in under 10 mins. I feel like good employees should be recognized so thank you Brian!

The girl working in the photo booth is so warm and helpful. Today I went there to get the degital version of a passport photo, but this store couldn't do it temporarily. The working staff was so nice and helped me call another store to make sure i make it in another store. 5-star experience.

The pharmacy staff mishandled my prescription, and refused to transfer it to another pharmacy after I had lost total confidence in the competency of the pharmacist and his assistants. The pharmacist directed me to covid masks for sale when the front desk had free N-95 masks. Even by the local standards, this one is bad.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life. All the people that work there are extremely rude, super under qualified, and have absolute 0 clue what’s going on. They keep messing up my prescriptions. 0 communications with my doctor, and just generally unpleasant, and awful people.

This pharmacy is unreliable. They keep telling me that my doctor never authorized or processed my medication, even though their office texted me that they were ready and I even showed CVS proof that I got the text message. Before my doctor hung up, he even double checked with me that the address of the pharmacy was correct. He did everything to ensure that my medication got to the right place after I told him I was running back and forth for 3 days trying to get a hold of my medication at this location — I’ve missed 3 days of my antipsychotics because of this, and haven’t been able to sleep since. My previous pharmacy was Fry’s and I wholeheartedly regret switching over. I’m very unhappy

This CVS work very slow, the pharmacy is TERRIBLE. They told you the medicine will be finished in 10 mins and I stand over half hour. They staff walk around and not yet prepare the medicine, check for several times. He work so inefficient and probably don’t want to get the job done. Looks like need to wait for almost an hour. Please checking first before you come in or you can take your time to go to another place and come back later later.
