I can't even give them a zero. Yesterday I left another Metro store where I bought a phone to replace a a phone that was supposed to be given to me or traded for ten dollars. I was charged 135$ For an old LG phone, That i could not use for work (they don't even sell anymore any where)at this metro on University a month ago! My ignorance and trust was taken advantage of!!!! I am reporting this store's employee to Metro! This is so wrong! ~Ckiara

Pleasant and efficient. I arrived ~10 minutes before closing to pay my bill. He was starting to close up but didn't rush my transaction. ~pinkie

These guys saved me at least $100, and maybe the price of a new cell phone. The charging port on my Samsung Galaxy S6 got damaged, and the battery was down to 10%. I figured repairing it was not a 5-minute job, and I needed the phone for business. The young man at the counter suggested we bypass the charging port, and use a wireless charger. He tested it, we saw it worked with the phone, and I was out the door--all in less than 10 minutes. Problem-solving, it saved the phone, and my anxiety. ~Paul

What a great experience! I took an older Mac desktop that belongs to a family member in to see if it was working and, if not, was it worth getting back in operation. Michael was really helpful. He checked it out right there at the front desk, showed me that it was working but that it was a dated hard drive that would cost about $450 to replace. Based on that, he recommended using that money to spend on a better, more recent used model, leveraging an iPad that the family member owns, or thinking about a new one. I would definitely go back with any equipment that needs work. I felt very confident that Michael knows what he's talking about. My only complaint, if you can call it that, was that parking was not readily available. I had to drive around a bit, and finally finagled a spot at Berkeley Bowl market. But this would not keep me from going back. ~Mark

All grocery item under a roof. This is suitable market place for family groceries. This palace had varieties of 🍓🍑 fruits, fresh-vegetables, dry fruits, coffee, rice, spices, and yes variety of seafoods too. Besides, you can buy beer and wine. If you register your contact number you may get some discount on 🛒 shopping. You are celiac patient you can find gluten free rice, tortillas and gluten free-flour. There is enough space for 🚗 parking. If you are riding 🚲 you can park it at trolly stand, I did the same as there no place for bike parking. Another worth mentioning thing about this place is there fresh bakery items, at the entrance you can smell freshness of bread 🍞 and creams, enjoy shopping!! ~Rahul
