Got to store it's closed for 30 minutes to return a phone bought yesterday that didn't work. Ended up paying another 25.00 Activation fee because it's not refundable is what they said...... Makes no sense.... Don't go there !!! Customer service sucks!!!!!

Indifferent would be a good way to describe the customer rep. He couldn't keep his mask over his nose, he mumbled so I had to ask him to repeat several times. I felt sorry for him because he was clearly unhappy to be in this job.

Came in today to get the Motorola g power without a previous account. "Shailesh" helped me out very friendly got me everything I needed hooked it up fantastic service fast and easy in and out in about 30 minutes highly recommend great location A+ service. 👍👍👍

Second I was never given a receipt or any paperwork for the stuff I bought and third I was overcharged about 800.00$ for which I have filed a police report and have talked with lawyers and I do plan on getting my money back Lily. And if you are in fact the owner of this store I would think you would do something about this like get ahold of me for a receipt and credit back my account. I mean come on add it up you’ll see.
