Superior service! I was in a car accident and needed to rent a car while my vehicle was being repaired. They actually care about their customers and have been so impressed with their employees. Daniel helped me with the rectal and match the price for a SUV. Also when I dropped after hours he didn’t charge me extra. I really appreciate Daniel for giving me a FANTASTIC customer service! I would definitely recommend them.

Very unprofessional. The car was booked for 8:30 am and by 9:10 am they said there was still 2-3 people in front of me. I had to get an Uber and leave. Horrible experience.

Made a reservation and there was no notice about the place being temporarily closed I called the offices they told me to call so I can get my car but they told me they couldn’t do anything at both places and I did not have a car and had to Uber myself twice had to go to budget and Custumer service was great and they gave me my car in a matter of seconds and it’s cheaper than enterprise

Not great on customer service. It's the second time and I have not been over impressed. They closed down due to covid and never said anything to customer that had rental Cars to return.

The team at the Campbell, CA location are always nice and friendly. I appreciate that they take the time to make sure to walk through the car details with me. I rent with them on a regular basis. I just wish they would keep the same people longer than a few months. They are always new and ask me if this is my first time renting. It would be great if they had notes in there computer to tell them if the customer rents regularly.

Don't expect them to honour your reservation. I had a reservation, but they didn't have the car when I arrived for it. Instead, they offered me an upgrade -- but only if i was willing to pay for it, because otherwise that upgraded car was already reserved by someone else. Kind of makes you wonder what happened to the car I had reserved, and if they gave it away to the highest bidder. I tried calling the manager, and even emailed them afterwards and never got a response or a call back. I guess this is just business as usual for them.

I set up a rental at the Enterprise on Winchester in Campbell. I was running late and gave the location a call to notify them. They informed me that they didn't have a car for me and were about to call me. I let them know that I needed a car by noon as I had made an appointment. they said that they would get a car and call me back. After another 15-20 minutes they called back to let me know they had a car. I went to the location to find out the car needed to be cleaned and wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes. About 45 minutes later I had my rental car and was able to miss my appointment. They did let me return the car to another location so I appreciate that flexibility. I'm giving them 2 stars as I believe they tried to communicate the delay but waiting at the location was inconvenient and caused me to miss my appointment.

I am deeply troubled with my experience with car rental company, Enterprise and wish to share my experience with you. On Wednesday morning, December 2, 2020 I was involved in a car accident. My insurance company was incredible and cooperative as they fully paid for a rental car for my convenience while my car was (and is currently) in the auto body shop. When Enterprise brought me the car, I was shocked and surprised that they would rent a car in the condition it was in to a client as it smelt like smoke and appeared to be not cleaned well. And in this COVID environment made me very concerned. Still traumatized from the accident I drove the car Enterprise provided me, home. I made one very brief stop get my mother’s birthday cake. After that I immediately drove home. The following day, I did not drive the rental car anywhere due to the awful cigarette smell and drove my sister’s car instead. (Although, it took me about an hour to have the confidence to drive and to stop crying because I was so terrified to drive again). Enterprise was kind enough to replace their smelly rental car with a nicer one. As I returned the original car for the replacement they noted that slight three-inch dent was made over the fender. I didn’t even put 10 miles on the car and did not come anywhere near another vehicle. I did not hit anything. I even have a witness with me the entire time. When Enterprise told me about this dent, again I broke down in tears. I barely drove the car and I am so terrified of driving now. And now have yet another damage cost that the previous Enterprise employee did not report. Two things: Firstly, ALWAYS double-check the review form when inspecting the car and dispute EVERYTHING and have it notarized. Secondly, I would never ever recommend anyone to rent from Enterprise as this small door ding was hardly noticed by me or the anyone at Enterprise until I returned the vehicle. My whole world was shaken after my car accident. Adding to that frustration with more aggravation like this is far from customer service. Jess

I had a couple of crises happen last month. I was robbed. I was in the hospital. And family issues. Kept the car far longer than supposed to. Enterprise was very patient. Understanding. And the best customer service that one could pray for. I recommend Enterprise whole heartedly. Marco and Samantha are the greatest. Hats off to you. Thank-You Kenny O.

Superior service! I have rented from this location twice, and have been so impressed with their employees. I had to rent a car recently, and during COVID, it is so important for a rental car to be extra clean. There were no issues... the car was immaculate. And have a mentioned the service? :) Let's just say I was so impressed with the helpfulness I received. Because of traffic, I was running about 15 minutes late and had to return the car after they closed. I called ahead and they let me return the key to the drop box and did not charge an extra day. I will 100% rent from here again!
