I was told I couldn't open a savings account because I am not a US citizen. So I stopped banking with them and went to county federal and they were able to help me open a savings there.

I walked in and no one said hello or greeted me and while there is line they only had one teller working. Bad attitude and very dirty inside.

I come in to open a new account was told by this lady.."I am not a banker." I am on a conference call. Come to find out she is the branch manager! Very rude and disrespectful to her employees and customers.

I would give a ZERO if I could! Do not expect to be greeted by the bank manager or anyone else in the branch (especially if your a minority). In addition, Mina Kim is one of the worst tellers ever. Coming into the bank with an important issue (my account getting hacked), she responded by being condescending, continuously interrupted me while explaining my concerns about my privacy breach. She continued to belittle me in front of other customers. and threw her notepad at me when I requested not to state my log-in information over the counter. She became even more aggressive when I asked for her name. I don't even know if she fixed the problem- I have been a Chase customer for years, and now I feel like I am nothing to Chase. I will be going back to Stanford Credit Union.

I was here to apply a credit card in July. The banker is very helpful. I didn't get approved at the beginning. She helped me appeal. I am so happy I got my card eventually. Great job!

Very nice & helpful staff. Line has moved quickly each time I was there. They have some weird rules that sometimes makes it difficult to do business there lol. Parking: ehh!!

Very little wait and the staff resolved all my requests quickly. Also they didn't lose any of my money. So...good bank.

I haven't actually been here since it was a WaMu, but the people were very friendly and helpful, and the bank is conveniently located at a major intersection. Parking is a bit tricky, and the drive through has interestingly been converted into employee parking.
