I just called this office at 1:10 pm on December 31 after speaking to a very rude woman who clearly didn't want to help me. I asked her if I could ask a question. Her response was "what" what? Not what can I do for you, just WHAT! The 3.9 star review for this post office doesn't shock me in the least. This woman should be talked to and educated on customer service

If i could give no stars I would. I had a package out for delivery they never bothered to knock on my door they just got too lazy and stuck a note in the mail box pretty sure it's cause of the snow. I then tried calling them but calling the post office is a nightmare apparently and my redelivery number doesn't work

The staff are awesome! I ordered many packages this year and they got to know me. They are always smiling and very helpful if issues with tracking occured.

They have lost two packages of mine in the span of a month. The tracking for both of my items showed that they were delivered to my mailbox. However, never got them. They obviously delivered it to the wrong mailbox in the apt complex I live in. The first screw up by them, was never resolved. Had to wait for someone to realize they had the wrong package and drop it off at my doorstep. The second time, which is recent, again showed a tracking that confirmed delivery. Again, no package in my mailbox. Called and received promise of follow up, but no one ever calls back. Finally intercepted the mail carrier, who couldn't have been more rude and suggested I put the wrong address for delivery. Uh, no dude, the tracking showed the correct address. So now, I have to wait and see if someone from the apt complex will again drop off package at door step. This wouldn't happen if the carriers were more careful about putting the mail in the correct mailboxes to begin with. So frustrating.

Paid for a forwarding address and they still delivered to my old address. Was told nothing could be done because the new resident wouldn’t contact the post office. Not happy since the item costed $70.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with an address on package being shipped and they not only found my package, but let me go there and pick it up.

The customer service is absolutely great. Even though there is often a steady line of customers, the clerks are always friendly and very helpful. They have almost all been there for several years, and are all knowledgable about rates, procedures, etc. I realize that the level of service might not be this good everywhere, but in Marshfield, the USPS is an excellent value and a pleasant experience.

There was a misdirection with addresses for a recent package I had ordered. Call the post office and Justin answered on the spot. Helped me with my problem and took care of it himself. I'm astounded with the quality and amazing speed the conclusion resulted in.
