Sunday delivery driver is lazy. Crammed a laptop case into my mailbox instead of walking it up to the porch. Also left the mailbox door open. Take pride in your job dude.

There was an issue with the address which wasn’t their fault but then after being told they would put it for redelivery they put my package on the return to sender shelf and sent it back internationally. Didn’t even bother to help me and left me on hold for well over 35 minutes. Poor service!

Quick in and out for shipping a package. Staff was friendly and get me out the door in about 5 min. Head All of the way to the right side of the e building if you have never been here before, that’s the only service counter.

I have always had issues with this post office when it comes to my packages. I came to pick up a package today and the postal worker glared at me and then went into the back and chatted with another co-worker for 15 minutes before coming up to the front to hand me my package. I know they’re losing funding but they shouldn’t have to hire people who don’t understand customer service.

Good place to go in person. Was able to get my passport sorted no problem. That said, don't even try to call and contact this office. The phone will ring and ring, and then send you to a voicemail where the box is full and cannot leave a message. Very frustrating, as I'd prefer to talk to someone over the phone given our ongoing plague.

My fiancé and I went to get our passports and we ran into a couple issues but nothing we couldn’t fix in a timely manner. We were helped by a splendid soul, Jim, whom made our process such a successful breeze! He was super kind and humorous. The lady Sara who helped was very nice as well! 5 stars for the customer service and friendliness they both exhibit!! 10/10 would recommend ☺️

The services are so frustrating because the delivery is SO inconsistent! There are days we get our mail by 10am, then the next day it won't be until 2pm then the next 11am then the next day I may put something in my box to be mailed out & it isn't picked up if we do not have any incoming mail! It is NOT right to just skip a house(location) just b/c there is not a delivery, the least that should be done is to see if there is mail to be picked up! When I have mail to be picked up I am sure to have it in our box by 7-7:30am so there is no way it would be missed, this is definitely NOT the way a federal service should operate!

I went to get my passport here and Jim was absolutely wonderful. A joy to work with considering my documents I needed were not what I though t they should be. He helped me get my birth certificate by telling me where to go and even let me come back without an appointment to finish my paperwork. What could have been a disaster day turned into a pretty good day thanks to his wonderful attitude.

Went the day after Columbus Day 2014 - what the heck were all the employees so grumpy about? They just had a long weekend! Update 9-26-19 - Keith H. Helped me tremendously today. He was efficient, polite, and i saved me a LOT of $$$ by providing me with shipping details proving I didn’t receive my package as a result of a shipping number mixup (not USPS fault) Thank you Keith. You are the best part of what should be normal customer service. I appreciate you.

I had two orders from Amazon scheduled to arrive via USPS last Wednesday. When I still hadn't received them today (Friday), I checked the tracking info and saw that USPS had deemed my address undeliverable on one order and returned to sender, and they claimed I had moved on the other order and returned to sender. Both items were returned to sender on Wednesday according to the tracking details with not even a rudimentary attempt to deliver them. I have not moved recently, and I have received my mail and other packages just fine previous to this. When I went in person to this Post Office to ask about the packages and why they were returned, I was met with some of the worst service I have ever seen. When I said it appeared there was no attempt at delivery, I was curtly told "Because there wasn't." I explained that I had paid extra shipping costs to ensure delivery before the weekend, and the response I received was the packages were already gone so there was nothing they could do. I was told to fill out a piece of paper and then they shoved me down the line and started working with other USPS customers. I've never been treated so rudely and curtly by any organization, much less one that is completely at fault for the situation I'm in. I understand that mistakes can happen, and that the person behind the desk wasn't necessarily responsible for said mistake, but as a representative of the USPS I would expect taking ownership of the problem and giving at least a half-hearted attempt to remedy it. The USPS is lucky to be a government entity. If this was a business, I would never shop with them again. Unfortunately, we don't get a say in how our tax dollars are spent so we'll all continue to subsidize government employees with lackluster work ethic. How wonderful.
