Worst customer service experience ever. Two years we ago got a Amana washing machine from them. Hasn't worked right since. Incompetent repair man...couldn't remember if he put the bad part back in the machine. Would NOT recommend them to anyone.

I am very disappointed in your company!!!! I bought my couch from you almost 5 years ago and purchased the 5 year warranty to go along with it. I used it once. I then needed to use it again. I called you guys back in August to have my couch fixed, you came and took pictures of my furniture and then I never heard from you again. Until I reached out to you in February which no one there was taking any responsibility for it was the warranty companies fault not yours, ok fine maybe I believe that at first. But then I called back today to find out the status of getting my couch fixed and this time I was made to feel like it was my fault because I never called back. I NEVER GOT A CALL FROM YOU PEOPLE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY STOP BLAMING YOUR CUSTOMERS ( EX CUSTOMERS NOW) It took you people 10 freaking months and you have lost a customer. Help me understand how a warranty can only be a one time use. SERIOUSLY YOU SHOULD PROBABLY TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT BEFORE THEY PURCHASE IT. I AM SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED IN YOU COMPANY I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE COMING TO YOUR STORE AGAIN. I WILL GO TO YOUR COMPETITION THEY KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT AND WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM. NOW I KNOW WHY PEOPLE HAVE STOPPED GOING TO YOU GUYS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We had an appliance go bad on a Sunday, we went here after checking other local sellers of appliances. So happy we did. The prices are a fair comparison; however, the knowledge was great - unparalleled actually. A lot more options, with a larger selection then all others. We left more educated, and downright more confident and comfortable in our purchase. We were back on track a few hours later. Thank you Donovan

I called to get my gas range serviced and the person I spoke to was extremely rude he kept talking over me and he assumed that I had no knowledge of the situation. He said there was no gas leak with the regulator and it was normal to smell like gas. I asked him if hes gonna help me or not and he said he couldn't help me and hung up on me.

Our stove went out right before Christmas so we needed a new one fast. When we got there and told them they took us back by their stoves and showed us all the ones we could get that day. He told us if there was one on the floor we liked that they didnt have in the warehouse that they would sell us the floor one. He was very patient and answered all our questions without being pushy at all. We got our stove picked out and went to get it at the warehouse. Got it home and they accidentally gave is electric instead of gas. When I called they apologized and said they would send someone out right away with the right one and take the other one. There was no hesitation from them to fix their mistake. When the guys came they apologized again and again for the mistake. It was all around great customer service!

Truly the best variety of furniture I've seen in the area. Quality, timeless pieces suit my taste, but there really is a little something for everyone. We've invested in full-price, but have also found incredible deals. They seem to stay on top of appliance trends and technology as well! My family loves perusing Mitten's.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! Don't trust that they will take care of you!! Worst customer service and compensation for damages to their product done by them! Managers are just as bad at making anything right. I went there because of their prices and hometown store but severely regret that now. I was ignored for 10 minutes before salesperson came to me. I knew what I wanted and bought a whole living room set. They delivered during the day so my husband had to take off of work. After they carried my furniture, they scrapped my brand new couch and loveseat on the wall 4-5 times. They called their manager after first trying to leave before my husband made a big deal of it and I was only offered a petty $100. I spent alot of money for a brand new set and now it's damaged and all I get is less than 2% of what I paid. After all that I am still waiting for that money 2 weeks later!! And now I have to call to get it because their record keeping can't keep up with their business. Their managers and sales people are pathetic and are brothers to make the customer happy or make anything right. Don't trust they will take care of you!!!
