The items I purchased a week ago don’t work well. The glass piece is leaking & the other two items with remotes do not work. Don’t waste your money & buy online & from a real glass shop as I don’t think I can return it but it’s a little bit of a drive to do so now.

Bought glass from here and when i went home to fill it, it was leaking. And since i “used” it they cant return it. It was a ceramic piece so ig the clay wasnt ready, but that shouldnt be my fault😂

Really bummed. Bought a lingerie top and it didn't fit. I called store back in an hour and they don't do exchanges or returns. Stick to Amazon and Torrid for lingerie needs! 😉 Items are cheaper online but bought here for on the spot. Had i known they do not do returns or enchages, I wouldn't have bought it. It's not like this was panties or pasties 😂 like that i can understand no returns but a top. Come on.

Terrible experience. I'm pretty sure the girl behind the counter(kat) deliberately sold me the wrong merchandise just to increase sales. When I tried to return the product, she was already expecting me. She smiled as she told me there are no returns. Try this place if you want, but don't trust her. She only wants money
