The staff was friendly, but never on time for your appointed pick up. I've made several reservations in the last two years, and the clerk has never been there at the correct time. The last time, we had to wait an extra half an hour. This threw our moving plans way behind. The staff is pleasant, but tardy. The trucks are so so, we had one break down on us. They are however very clean.
