Bri and Mary truly make this place run! We had to adjust the mileage on the truck, and they were nothing but super helpful! I’d move with them anytime, anywhere!

Called ahead of time for a propane refill. Was told they do them just need to be here before 6:30 to get it done. I get here we’ll before 6:30 and they are rude and will not fill the tank. Told me no one was available to to the refill. This information would have been helpful before I headed over and got in an accident on the way over with the propane tank in my vehicle!! If I could give zero stars today I would! I used to do a lot of business here but will now find somewhere else for all of my needs.

Worst U-Haul place to go to. I reserved my truck weeks before and didn't have my U-Haul when coming in. Then wouldn't reserve another truck size just because I got frustrated over them not having my moving truck that I reserved... This isn't the first time either. I'm definitely not coming back to this one on east street. East Street U-Haul is very unorganized and management is rude.

Tried to get a truck and trailer for past 3 days. And they want to keep sending me to two different places to pick up the equipment. Both of which are over 20 miles away from where I'm loading the truck. And expect the customer to pay for the gas used to drive 30 to 40 miles to pick up the trailer. And customer service came with an attitude. Won't ever be spending my money with this company.

I just wanted to let you know the wonderful experience I had at the East Street, Indianapolis, IN store (764070) this week. I arrived very pregnant with my toddler in tow needing an apartment bundle of moving boxes. I did not think to place my order ahead for pick up which was silly when I realized the bundles are not “bundled” in store. Brianna and Callie proceeded to help me place my online order, collected all of my items and loaded them in to my car for me. Seeing I had my hands full they went above and beyond to help me and ensure I had an excellent experience. It’s rare to encounter such kindness these days and I cannot express enough how much I appreciate hated their help!

Horrible experience. They told me two different prices two times. I took the day off work completely wasted because of them! I’m so hurt I had to throw some things away because they were to big. I’ve never left a place so confused and unfulfilled. Was extremely unhelpful, hidden fees everywhere they need to be more upfront online and in store. Hate how this ended for me. Would not recommend this location. As the people didn’t even care no way.

I have to thank this location for their help over several days of setting up my move. I had to change my pickup time last minute, and they were very accommodating and helpful from pickup to drop-off to making sure I had what I needed for the move. The only thing I would warn people of is to be aware of common moving days and times (early morning) because it'll be a longer wait then, but this location is handy and ready with the app so I would recommend that to help keep you moving.

If it was possible to leave them 0 stars I would. They are horrible. I reserved a unit for this location and when I got there they had given my reserved unit away with and I literally quote "we don't look at online reservations with booking rooms". So then I had no unit and they wouldn't help me to rebook nor find any other units. There is no customer service at this location and based on trying to move locations, I'm starting to wonder if there is any in this entire city.

Deived Wilson went above and beyond with his customer service. I accidentally locked the key in the truck when I brought it back. It was after the store had just closed and he was in his car, getting ready to leave. He checked me out from his personal phone and arranged to get the truck unlocked the next morning. I don't know what I would have done without him! There are very few managers who will stay over to help a customer after they have clocked out for the day.
