Tammy is amazing! I lost the key to my lock on my unit and she helped me get it off and change out the locks so quickly. She is so helpful and made the experience so much less stressful than it could’ve been. Would highly recommend both her and ExtraSpace. ~Molly

I just wanted to let you know the wonderful experience I had at the East Street, Indianapolis, IN store (764070) this week. I arrived very pregnant with my toddler in tow needing an apartment bundle of moving boxes. I did not think to place my order ahead for pick up which was silly when I realized the bundles are not “bundled” in store. Brianna and Callie proceeded to help me place my online order, collected all of my items and loaded them in to my car for me. Seeing I had my hands full they went above and beyond to help me and ensure I had an excellent experience. It’s rare to encounter such kindness these days and I cannot express enough how much I appreciate hated their help! ~Carrie
