Not the cheapest but as far as hospitality from the customer service asked goes definitely a great choice. The location we chose was a bit questionable. But we didn't have any issues plus the app and Bluetooth convenience was amazing. By far better than having to deal with keys and codes to lose.

Tammy is an awesome manager and is always helpful as can be. I like the way the units are built, better walls between units than most facilities I've used in the past, and they have gutters!! It's a big deal! The Bluetooth locks are pretty nice too.

I just wanted to say how pleasant and kind Tammy was at your Southside Indianapolis, Stop 11 location. I called to question the recent rate increases, I thought my rate was fixed for at least 6 months. Come to find out it was month to month and the rate increases are valid. Nonetheless, I walked away very impressed with Tammy. She managed to deliver the bad news and somehow still put a smile on my face. She provided clarity and further understanding on the rate increases and is also trying to exhaust all of her other options in an effort to help me. Two thumbs up! She's a gem 💎🙂
