Day one of stopping in and searching for a mattress went well. Salesman was helpful and the process of picking out the right mattress for my budget was smooth and only took about 15 minutes. I paid and said I'd be back next day to pick it up since it was already in stock. Stopping in to pick up the mattress was a sub par experience. After greetings were exchanged I said I was here to pick up the mattress I purchased and it was all downhill from there. The baffled look and mildly condescending tone of telling me their truck hadn't arrived was poor communication & customer service in my opinion considering any basic follow up question would have led to me saying the mattress was an in stock item and not something that was ordered.

Very happy with not only the product (the matress and adjustable bed are wonderful!) But the service Dayton provided was top notch as well. I will be buying from here again when the time comes, and would highly recommend anyone to shop here

I went into Mattress firm today because about 3 months ago I was having an issue with my bed base. Dayton was so Helpful with my issue that he made a very good impression. So I need a bed for my guest bedroom and I went straight to Dayton's Mattress firm store. Luckily he was there and was again a huge help. Had a Outstanding salesman today by the name of Dayton at the Appleton West store that, as my son and I entered the store was very polite and did not pressure sales me nor my son at any time. He was very spot on getting the bullet points needed checked to direct me towards the mattress that would best suit my situation. He allowed me as much time to decide between 2 of his best recommendations. The financing process was very smooth and overall the store was extremely clean. Would I recommend this company to any person in the market for a bed, you bet cha aye.

Had a great experience working with Dayton to find a new mattress for our RV. Very knowledgeable on the options and he also followed up via text when the mattress successfully arrived before our upcoming camping trip. Moreover, another employee helped to entertain our kids while my wife and I were reviewing and discussing. The mattress is very comfortable, excited to have it. Highly recommended.

Dayton was wonderful. Not a pushy salesperson which makes me turn around and walk out. I knew what I wanted and he helped with my order. Turn around time was absolutely quick. Bought it on Friday and delivered that Monday. Thanks again!
