The young man I had for a sales rep was amazing. Zachary from the Janesville store was a young man that was professional, knowledgeable, and actually listened to my very specific requests and made sure I got what I wanted. He found me the perfect pieces. I would highly recommend him to anybody that is looking for furniture.

Kelly was so knowledgeable helping us find matching pieces for our living room and dining room. She made it super fun, the checkout process was seamless and fast. I'm going to say just go there, you will not regret it. They have beautiful artwork as well. We also had to go back for another item and was delighted to deal with three of the other employees there, and everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable, and it's just a great experience!

We visited the Ashley Furniture store in Janesville to look at sofas. Salesperson, Justin Eddy, greeted us at the door. He was friendly and professional. He asked lots of questions and directed us to the best options available to us. He was very patient and understanding. We took our time deciding, and we never felt pressured or rushed. We recommend this store and Justin specifically. We'll definitely shop there again!

Michael was amazing to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, and helped us make the best decision for our home. We are very excited about our new sectional & bed!! McKenzie was amazing to work with. My wife and I walked in knowing what we wanted and was accompanied with our two sons. They are ages 1 and 3. She made our experience very pleasant even though our kids were very interested in everything in the store. She even found samples out kids could keep themselves busy the whole time. I recommend McKenzie for and future purchase and we will be returning for our next purchase. We have been purchasing our furniture with Ashley furniture for many years and will be returning.

My boyfriend and I moved in together recently and had been putting off buying a new mattress for quite awhile. We were nervous about prices and “pushy” sales people. Today we walked in to Ashley and were greeted by the friendliest staff. Our room consultant, Jeannie Dibble, was so sweet, patient, and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and made sure we picked the mattress that fit us best. Jeannie was marvelous!

And if that’s not enough…. Know Ashley furniture is high quality furniture that will last you YEARS & YEARS!
