I filled out an online application, was contacted by an associate very quickly. After a pleasant discussion he advised me that he was off the next day, when I said I would stop by with the rest of my personal information for the application. Going inside the store i noticed an empty parking lot, I walk inside the showroom and it seemed inviting. I walked to the counter and the gentleman attending looked like a warehouse worker instead of a sales associate. I presented my information that the over the phone salesman had asked for and basically began giving him my details on what I was looking for. At this point I could tell he was new, which he admitted later on. So in the 10 minutes we talking was told that they prefer I buy a sectional because the delivery guys complained about delivering to apartments. Also that I need to buy what's on the floor because customers have been waiting dine September for furniture. . The management closed the doors to their offices as soon as I started speaking. I am very audible because I am a former salesman. All I can muster in this experience is that why did a manager let this guy be up front talking to customers knowing he was so new he would say the most ridiculous statements that allowed me to walk out the door after 10 minutes?????

Sales woman is completely dishonest and lies about everything! Get It Now allows her to keep her job even though she lies about delivery people being able to remove old furniture from your house! The company wont do anything about it so the Better Business Bureau is being notified! Dont ever buy anything from this company!

Jamie told me to wait because he will fix the problem it's been already a year and he still have not fix the problem I do have warranty for the product that I purchase from getting out I have a stove is burning my pans and burning my food because fire is coming out even more higher than its supposed to I would not recommend anyone buying from get it now ever especially from Jamie's store a district manager that does not care for his customers I'm doing this from a walk and I'm doing this for all the people they actually working hard for their money don't spend it in the store

District manager Jamie does not answer phone calls he does not care about the safety of his customers as you can see here just turning on my stove almost burn my face supposedly they send a professional to come and check out the stove they said everything was OK I actually hire someone to Come and see what is going on with my stove The person I hire to check my stove told me that there’s a gas leak in the stove the app on using it in my blowup Jamie does not care I require a call from Jamie before I take the next step I personally would not recommend anyone to take anything from the store and I’ve been with Get It now before they even turn to get it now since 2008 so far this store has giving me headaches

Someone attended to me the entire time I was there. They didn't rush me out nor made me feel unimportant. They're showroom is neatly organized and they answer all your questions. The furniture looked in top condition

I purchased the top of the line Maytag washer and dryer. Aimee is a great salesperson and manager. Delivery was fast and the delivery guys Nick and Micah were so good, they set everything up and made sure they worked, they did a great job. Really friendly professional guys!
