It's getting harder to find anything at Wal-Mart as far as clothes go. No light coats in my size 4x, no fleece lined pants for husband, and no dress shoes for girls. Just as a small example. I am frustrated almost every time I am in there since I cannot find what I am looking for.

So, I tried to order a cake and the bakery clerk was very rude and short with me. It was if I was wasting her time. Then when I calked back to speak to a manager, not one answered to address my issue. (I was on hold for 10 mins.) I understand that we’re all busy and short staffed however, it’s not good business practice to be rude and then ignore customers. This is an example of how how you don’t get return patronage.

My experience was made great by the conscientious and hard work of associate Lorelie. She went out of her way to help me with a unique problem which required extra effort and her involving her manager. Her efforts turned a difficult situation into a winning result. It's dedicated work by regular employees like Lorelie that show what is truly good in our society. Thank you again!!!

I had a pick up order placed about 6-7pm on Oct 30th to be picked up on Oct 31st between 4-5. About 4pm Oct 31st I got a notification saying my order was going to be delayed. I called the store, asking for a time frame, i was told "about 20 minutes". I arrived to the store about 4:45pm and was unable to check in due to my order still stating it was delayed. I parked and waited until about 5:15-5:20. In that time I had multiple people come up to my vehicle and ask my name so they could check on my order. All of them said "it will be out as soon as possible." I sat and continued to wait until 5:30 and went inside to talk to customer service. I did not feel like i was being helped. Meanwhile while outside, multiple cars were coming in and leaving with their groceries within minutes. Inside, another woman was waiting due to her order being delayed. Finally, a manager took our names and went to check on the orders. He came back and said, "it will be ready within 5-7 minutes." I waited inside the store another 20 minutes when i got a notification that my order was ready. I went back out to my vehicle and parked again by the stall and checked in. Waited and waited while others around me continue to pick up their orders. I then called the store and requested to talk to a manager after trying to get through to the pick up dept (no one answered). At this point i had been waiting almost an hour and a half for a grocery order (placed the night before) that could have technically been picked up at 4pm. The manager gave me the same run around "Ill go check on that for you". Offered nothing in return for my time wasted as I was unable to leave due to Walmart having a hold on my card. I have two small children at home that were waiting with my babysitter and had not eaten yet. I didnt leave with my groceries until 6:20. There is absolutely no excuse for this. A grocery pickup, meant to be for convienence to its customers was incredibly inconvienent.

We have been using the app to order our groceries. It let's us choose the date and time to pick up. This saves us time since the Walmart Associates pick everything in the store that we order. I would definitely recommend using the app.

Passing through the Beaver Dam area, I found it necessary to stop here. I'm glad I did. This is an exceptional Wal-Mart. Extremely organized and the hired help is absolutely pleasant and helpful. Approached by smiling employees asking if they can help. Absolutely wonderful. 🙂👍

I went there to buy face-masks ahead of a trip to Madison, Wi. I had to explain to my youngest that they didn’t offer masks due to an overcorrection since everyone was required to wear them for the last couple of years. Shame on the management.

I don't know what I was expecting, but I was wasn't expecting to be so excited to see a Walmart. 😍 And I was actually pleasantly surprised by how much variety there was in merchandise, and how well stocked in all of it. We were in a hurry, my son and I, to take photos, because we were so tired. But let me say, it was the end of March, first days of April, and we'd had a solid week of nothing but a wind chill factor of below 30F (0C). His new job has kept him away from home 5 out of 10 working days, which meant he hadn't seen his kids at all for almost 2 weeks, and barely spoken to them, because his ex was being uncooperative about it. So this outing was a nice break because he got to buy what he wanted for them: a printer, for their artwork; chest of drawers; and some treats for all of us, because we want to make sure we are all properly cheered up. And Walmart is good for treats. I should also mention that it's a great place to get your basic soap making supplies. Eta: I've added a photo of a new-ish while wheat flour on offer in the Baking aisle: Bronze Chief out of Oklahoma. A finely ground red wheat that's high in protein which is excellent for making a 60% or higher content whole wheat bread. I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

I understand the supply chain issues, and I understand the frustration of the workers, but this Walmart keeps it's store so cold that not only are the shoppers wearing winter jackets, but the workers are wearing winter jackets, scarves and hats. It's unbearably cold in this store! I went to a different Walmart today and was MUCH more comfortable and warm. Ridiculous. Turn the heat up! It's 30* outside, it would be great if it was at least 65* inside.
