I called this store from WI all the way from California to find a dress. I had already called about 6 other stores and had no help. I spoke to Joy and she helped me right away. She was able to place the order for me, I really fell in love with this dress and Joy went about and beyond to help me out. Thank you so much Joy!!! Macy’s store needs more people like her.

I never made it passed the men's formal wear area, but the store was clean, well organized, and the clerk that checked us out was very friendly. I ended up buying a suite here because, I had such a bad experience at men's warehouse, that my friend and I left and shopped out suites at Macy's. Until then, i had only ever been in there with my wife, so had no idea they had such a greats men's wear department. They have everything from wallets and watches, to suites, and shoes. We did all our shopping in the ine.department and found everything we needed. Great store.

My poor old Dayton's! What have they done to you! Just a sad shell of a formerly great department store--a glorified Walmart with higher prices, as are really almost all Macy's physical stores these days.

I wish there were more Macy's Stores. The customer service was fabulous and they carry classy clothing at decent prices! It's definitely worth the drive to FonduLac!

A Very nice store with a bunch of nice stuff. However this store is pretty pricey. Clean and visually appealing.

Probably one if the worst Macy's I've been to. The selection for men's clothes is sooo dated. and many many racks are empty - not due to shoppers just a poor purchasing dept. Will definitely not be going back.

I was pretty disappointed in how I was treated when I returned a purse because because it just wasn't a good match for me and I felt like I was being scrutinized for stealing.... This type of attitude from customer service representatives is getting out of control

I bought a few items while i was there returning my wifes dress she ordered online. Best find was this wallet. Priced right and high quality. They have a good selection for the "Sharp dressed man".

I had the best shopping experience in Macy's in Appleton, Wi. that I have had in YEARS in any store not just Macy's. I had gotten pretty frustrated with shopping anywhere. Never any clerks to help you. Clothing departments disorganized. Clearance section not only disorganized but clothing on floor. One day needed a new pair of Jeans in Macys the table with the jeans was one huge pile, there was no way to find your size. Last week walking into the store it was like a new store. Saw a clerk on entering store she said good morning and smiled. Went to jewelry dept. young man in there working and smiling and willing to help me find what I needed. Very pleasant experience. Went upstairs to clothing and couldn't believe my eyes clerks in departments saying good morning. Clearance section was very neat and clothing in order. Had no problem finding someone to check me out with my purchases, this is what shopping should be like. An extremely pleasant experience. Hopefully this is a sign of the future.
