5 Best womens clothing store in Appleton, Wisconsin (WI) 2024

I do not shop here much, but I have encountered a very helpful gentleman working there on 12/21/2018 around 10 this morning. He was very knowledgeable with the products and promotions, he checked up on me consistently and helped me find last minute Christmas gifts. ~基妮

Do not buy from this company or use their credit card! They partner with Comenity bank, which just had an “outage” that no longer lets you check your account or pay bills online or over the phone. Their easy pay link also doesn’t work. Absolutely no customer service online, and they like to delete comments or take some responsibility over this fiasco. Tried to pay over the phone twice, and was lucky that I got an automated payment the second time, but still unsure if it went through. Absolutely shady company with poor customer service. Will be canceling my card if this doesn’t get fixed! ~Lexi

One of my wife's favorite clothing stores, not only in Appleton, but anywhere. She always gets compliments about the clothes she buys there, which is great for me, because the professional staff makes it easy for me to find her things I know she will like. Highly recommended. ~BC

I called this store from WI all the way from California to find a dress. I had already called about 6 other stores and had no help. I spoke to Joy and she helped me right away. She was able to place the order for me, I really fell in love with this dress and Joy went about and beyond to help me out. Thank you so much Joy!!! Macy’s store needs more people like her. ~yesenia

Buy Online Pickup in Store is busted. I was in the previous day looking at a set of left handed irons/hybrid set, a golf bag, and a putter, back at the hotel trying to place the order online and pickup I was met with an out of stock issue for the club set when I had just been in and held them in my hands. I called the next morning asking if I was able to purchase the same club set but right handed and make an exchange and was told I could. After following through with the my order in their BOPIS system, I went to pick up my clubs and after twenty minutes since placing the order, they said they hadn’t received the order. Wyatt was extremely patient and helpful doing what he could within his limits to help me and I am appreciative of that. After multiple tries including, showing them my order number, confirmation, and that my card had already been charged, I was left to no avail. I was told by the manager my options were to either cancel the order, or pay the shipping costs to have them sent to my address after having being jerked around for more than an hour after ordering. I left the store and in the parking lot went to cancel the order come to find out it had already been canceled. More than likely the reason they never received it on their end. If you want something from Golf Galaxy, I recommend just going into the store and buying them. Unfortunately for people like me that don’t live in the area, the system is beyond a mess and I’ll be looking elsewhere. ~Joey
