Do not buy from this company or use their credit card! They partner with Comenity bank, which just had an “outage” that no longer lets you check your account or pay bills online or over the phone. Their easy pay link also doesn’t work. Absolutely no customer service online, and they like to delete comments or take some responsibility over this fiasco. Tried to pay over the phone twice, and was lucky that I got an automated payment the second time, but still unsure if it went through. Absolutely shady company with poor customer service. Will be canceling my card if this doesn’t get fixed!

Worst customer service. Store wasn't busy at all. Saw 3+ staff members who ignored me and gave me the side eye when I wanted to try something on. I was ready to leave everything by the changing rooms and leave the store.

this one staff had the worst attitude ever at checkout, no greeting, asked a question but got ignored, and didn’t even give me a bag or gift wraps. she even gave me a dirty look, eye rolled, just very disrespectful.

I went into this store 2x's in 2 or 3 day's and the 2nd time was alittle better. Both times I picked up the same shirt that was in the 50% off section there was more then just the one I had in my hand there in different sizes.. 1st day it rang up full price I had asked about it was told nothing just asked if I wanted it full price or not which I did not. Next time I was so rushed that I didn't even notice that once again was charged full price.(this time I had a bigger order so it didn't stand out right away) There's a freaking line through the bar code! I guess the ladies could be alittle better heck alot better with their customer's. I get it I work in a store the last few month's there's been more time with less customer's I just feel their store should have showed that along with the employee's.
