I will never shop here again, this is my second time I walked in and bc of medical conditions I can not wear a mask, was asked to leave. I told the manager this and was told that I could not go any further into store. I tried to explain but the employee are rude and pretty much didn’t want to hear. I came in with the intention of buying products and was pushed out. Anyone with any kind of medical condition do not go they don’t care about the customer

They don't individually wrap the glass items, they just stack them inside each other which they are highly likely to break. When I called the store, they told me there is nothing they can do. I've never had such terrible service at a Spencer's in my life. We don't have them up north so you have to travel a minimum of 2 hours to get to one.

Came in trying to find a nose ring after being disappointed by the selection of styles and sizes at other stores in the mall. Maddie went above and beyond to make sure I got the right one and that the sizing was correct. She was so patient and kind. I can't thank her enough for the help!

I love this place! The employees are generally amazing and super fun. They're knowledgeable and it seems like they have a good time at work (didn't think that was possible). Anytime I go to the mall, I swing by.

You can always find something new in this store! Love their sassy Christmas sweaters! Get new ones every year from here! A little pricy, but worth it. Very friendly staff!
