The line process at this location was confusing during my trip last weekend. There was one line for returns and one line for shopping. I stood behind a girl in returns who wouldn’t stop having small talk with the cashier for 10 minutes before realizing I was in the returns line. By the time I figured this out, the line was close to the entrance and I realized at this point I really didn’t want what was in my hands so I sat it back & left. I think for the future, it would be nice to have it more clearly marked. There was a sign but it was hanging a far distance away from the front of the counter but is high up & very easy to miss unless you are looking for it. This was also the first location I’ve been to where the register had different parts. If it wasn’t for catching onto the conversation in front of me, I wouldn’t have known I was standing in a returns only line.

I just go here once in a great while to check out the discounted items. Nothing really great about the place, though. I rarely if ever find anything worth buying even at discounted prices, and service is relatively crumby regardless of location. I guess the one service it does provide is keeping me feeling young.

The only place in the entire mall that understood that the AC should be on! Haha. Friendly staff too!

As you'd expect, this Hot Topic delivered like most of them tend to do! It's a nice big colorful clean and loud store that I adore! Customer Service was quick and friendly, no complaints there. Shirts were neat and had their annual black Friday sale! No problems, it's a great Hot topic like usual! Pictures are of the inside of the store and outside!

They have a lot more then other stores but not nearly as much anime gear as East Towne Mall or Brookfield Square Mall store has but it’s there’s always online.

I love all the anime stuff and other pop culture goodies. This store is almost always in great shape and I've only had the kindest experiences with the employees!

I have a daughter who loves Anime and quirky things. Hot topic was the perfect place to pick up a few Christmas presents for her. Helpful and friendly staff. I loved that they only allowed a small number of patrons into the store at a time due to COVID.

I am very upset by my experience here. A while ago I went in with my friend and there was a buy two get one free sale for t-shirts. A worker who was very friendly helped me out and after I asked, she said I could order one shirt online and buy two in store to get the deal. After checking my receipt after I got home, it appeared as though I was still charged full price for all three shirts. I figured it was not a big deal, as I still liked the 3 shirts and they weren’t too expensive anyway. However, the worker failed to tell me that the one I was ordering online was in “junior” size, so the small that I ordered was way too small. I returned the shirt to the store, which is not close to my house, and I did not want to buy a new one. I just wanted my money back, but I only was given a gift card. Recently, (a while after this occurred) I called to check the balance of the gift card and apparently it was used for an online purchase 2 days after I received it, despite never even taking it out of my wallet. This was a huge waste of money and this is really upsetting.
