I love hot topic for the anime merch they have but the music. The theme. I don't care if you're "hot topic" to whatever topic is hot right now. Go back to the old days where this store scared parents and teenagers who weren't emo or goth. It's just filled with prissy teenagers and their parents who are willing to buy them anything. Staff is usually friendly at this location, if you're close to closing time they will rush you to get out. I was there one day trying to find a present for a family member and I got off work later than expected, didn't see the time. Went into hot topic and they immediately went "we close in 15 minutes, hurry up please". How rude!

The only reason I stop by here is for Funko and anime products so take this with a grain of salt if that is not your interest. A few months ago this store was well stocked however as of the past month Funko Pop figures are very sparse. They do have their exclusive release here and there however the kiosk where they keep their funkos is quite sad. Hopefully they can turn this around.

Always great. Why would anyone say anything bad about Hot Topic or the mall?? They are always bringing in the up to date shirts I am looking for, always a reasonable price, and always great people to talk to when you have questions or are checking out. Sometimes I wish I never had to leave the place :P

I am disabled with copd and ptsd from serving in Irac. And when I tried to shop in this store they repeatedly harassed me about not having my mask over my nose. I don't even have to wear a mask but I try to so people will not be so mean. I a sick of being harassed by people for something that I have no control over

Good store with variety of things to look at and buy. They have a a lot of merch for different things such as anime, singers, bands, Disney, e.t.c. The customer service is good for the most part.

It went soft, went there to pick up some stuff for a Halloween photo shoot and they don't even sell Tripp pants in the store any more. I have not been there in a while but it turned into a dark Disney! If your into dark Disney then Hot Topic is the place for you!

My daughter loves in This store. Everyone is supper helpful and if we ever had issues with a product they took care of it right away.

The employees were fantastic and I really empathized with their struggle to deal with an archaic computer system. I was just trying to order a pair of shorts. They were really apologetic and helpful, I give them 5 stars. But the store itself gets 3 at most because the checkout computer needed to be updated years ago.

I've been shopping at this store for a few years after I moved from NY and yesterday I went in to find something to spend my birthday reward and gift card on - the manager and sales girl were extremely helpful and patient - even tried to get an item I couldn't get online! I'm a bit older than most that go in there and they never make me feel like I don't belong. Super friendly and just great staff everytime I'm in. Love them!
