I was gifted an item and all I wanted to do was return it in exchange for a gift card so I can purchase something else from your store because I do actually enjoy your store. I cannot control how much the item was that was gifted to me and to be told that I cannot return the item because the price is too high, is absolutely ridiculous. So now I am stuck with an item that I cannot use. So disappointing.

They really aren't for the bulk shopper. Meals and vreat and meat etc are not really portioned for a large family (5+). We only ever come here for the sub sandwiches in the deli area because you can make 3 nice hoagies with 1 sub.

Most supermarkets are known for not being the cleanest places out there, but Meijer is definitely and exception. It has a very pleasant atmosphere and is always well maintained. It has a great selection, with spot where you can get fresh-made sushi, shoes, and there’s a huge clothing selection, along with the large food selection that’s scattered all over the area. There are greeters at the doors, and the entire staff is very kind and helpful; I’ve never had a bad experience here. It has just about everything I need and I definitely enjoy it here.

Normally great to go to but last trip we went i wanted to get new shoes and found the style I wanted and the size and opened the box just to find someone had switched shoes with a new pair that was dirty and had a mother shoes insoles in them. Took a while to find a worker to give them to and explained what happened just for her to lecture my kids about not doing that and not to steal from a store and then followed me around talking about the issue the rest of the time while I'm the shoe dept and i just walked away. Never got shoes while I was there.

I absolutely love shopping at Meijer! I can always count on a spotless store, beautiful produce, well stocked shelves, as much as possible given our time, and very kind staff who are willing to help you in every way! It's a pleasure to be a customer, and I will always shop here.

This place is HUGE!! It's very organized and not crowded. Prices are reasonable and there are many options for items. The staff are always friendly and happy to help if needed. They have a Starbucks, VetIQ, and hair salon inside as well.

I stopped here on my way home from work last week to pick up a spoon roast and my other groceries for the week. There were no spoon roasts on the shelf, and nobody behind the meat counter, so I asked a nearby employee who was stocking the shelves with meat. He told me to go wait for someone at the meat counter, and proceeded to watch me stand there and wait for more than ten minutes. He then went in the back room behind the meat counter, so I figured he was looking for one of the butchers. He came back out with another cart of meat, walked right passed me again, and continued to stock the shelves. After standing there for another five minutes, staring at him, he walked back over and said he didn't see anyone in back. I was so mad I left the rest of my groceries in the cart and walked out. I went to pick n save and did my shopping there, which is where I will be doing my shopping from now on, because even if it is out of the way, I know I will never have to stand at the meat counter for 20+ minutes and get no service. Would it have been that hard for that employee to page or call somebody? Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. That kid was a complete idiot.

Lots of variety of everything. Wish they had fresh flight fish like festival (that is my only gripe). The staff are super friendly and store is super clean. Love the frozen food collection and ice cream selection. The birthday cakes look awesome and a lot of variety. I love the ten minute parking for quick visits.
