Michael, Maddie, and Erin are great! There are two other girls who work there that I didn't catch their names, but they are more than helpful as well! Low pressure sales, very helpful in answering questions and finding certain suit options, and very fair prices. I've bought multiple suits and I'm currently getting a custom 1905 suit made for my wedding! Highly recommend over Men's Warehouse in Brookfield. I've been to Men's Warehouse twice and only the second time I was actually greeted - just seem too busy whenever I go.

Good suits at reasonable prices. The staff is very helpful, but there may be some waiting when they are very busy. The tailor's adjustments were perfect and I'm all set for two weddings and other occasions.

My fiancé and I went to Jos because of the option to customize his suit! We were assisted by a gentleman named Michael. When we were in the store not only did Michael assist us but I’m not kidding when I say he was assisting AT LEAST 5 other couples/families at the same time. The way he juggled all of us was so impressive. Yes, we didn’t have the undivided attention but it didn’t even matter. He was wonderful, professional & manager material. We thought he was the manager of the place til we asked and he declined! If it’s one thing I know is that if there’s ever a time for a promotion, he’s the one Jos should go with. Thank you Michael for making our experience enjoyable & giving us the time to customize my fiancés suit!!

One of the absolute worst shopping experiences ever. I have never owned a suit in my life but I know what a great sales experience looks like. A good friend of mine is getting married soon so we both needed to buy some suits. I made it very clear that I have never owned a suit and would need help figuring out color, style, and accessories. The salesperson asked me what my favorite color was and I said blue. He shows me the "blue" section and then has to run off and do something. (At this moment in time there are a total of four customers in the store and MINIMUM five employees.) So here I am looking at these suits not really knowing anything about what fabric or pattern I would like. He finally comes back and says "so have we decided" and awkwardly stand there. I tell him I still haven't decided and he continues to just stand around for a moment. Up to this point he has only asked what type of event I need the suit for. He never asked me any lifestyle questions, didn't offer recommendations, never went over vests or any other suit accessories. I don't know what I was expecting, but this place was NOT it. I still bought a suit out of necessity, but I regret giving them any money. I may not know the best place to buy a suit but I can assuredly tell you that this place is the worst place. I firmly believe Express in the mall will offer you a far better customer experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

Initially a good experience, but went to hell later. Needed the suit I puchsased from them tailored. Got charged for that. Then told I should call them to see when it was done instead of them calling me to tell me my suit is ready. So, I try calling for 3 days....they never answer the phone, or they put an automated answer on saying they are not available. So, tried the online chat....they will have an associate help you shortly. Over 4 hours later, they messaged me (after 8pm cst), then after 13 minutes they message me and tell me how they waited for a response from me and I should contact them later....after I waited 4 hours for them to contact me. You have zero concept of waiting. Just gonna grab my suit tomorrow and go....done or not. Very poor customer service. You have lost a customer!

Like every failing business model it’s just plane poor Managment. At that store in Brookfield there’s a reining lack of respect for clients time and their business. I honestly prefer to pay a little more just a few blocks away from their store and get service from someone that is aware of the value of time. I have to acknowledge that it wasn’t always like that, the store use to be very good and efficient. What ever happened is recent.

Worst experience at this location. Michael the “wardrobe” consultant was the worst person to deal with. He had such a horrible attitude from the minute we opened the door. Rather than him approaching us (since we are the paying customers) he pointed his fingers towards us and stated come to me here. He wasn’t willing to help us with our issue we walked in with. We drove 45 minutes to come to this location to get our issues resolved. His quick answer was let’s just return the suits. He isn’t a beneficial asset to the company. Worst customer service. As we were walking out to our car we can hear Michael saying things under his breath. Overall we are very disappointed in Jo A Bank customer service. It used to be amazing but this experience & dealing with Michael has me thinking not to come back.

They did really well by us, here. We needed a suit quickly for a funeral, and they did great job accommodating. The manager took personal care of us, and he made sure we got everything we needed.
