The people who work here are so weird. One girl who looked very strange and dressed with sweats came over and told me I can’t take anything out of the box even though I was just holding it since they have it on display. The display was empty since it was the Marc Jacob’s and everything was basically gone. This other worker asked if me and my friend were together. Which caught me off guard cause I was standing right next to her. The people were just super weird and very strange. ~Simmi

What happened to Dairy Queen? We bought a Dairy Queen signature Fudge & Crunch ice cream cake yesterday. My whole family is very disappointed! As you can see from the pictures, the first one is from their website. The second and third one are from the cake we bought. The inner crunchy part which is hollow and takes half the volume of the cake, is filled with loosen Oreo crumbs and has no fudge. The bottom part barely has an ice cream layer. We bought a cake back in October, it was hollow then, we thought it was just our bad luck. But apparently, our luck runs out from DQ forever. We always loved DQ’s ice cream cake; unfortunately, the quality is getting so poor. That’s really a shame! ~Wei

I used Influence Apparel for my wedding dress alterations. Karie and Michelle were both great and very down-to-earth, real people. When I took my dress home after the final alteration my dress looked like it was made exactly for me. I was very happy with the final result. I will be honest I was somewhat shocked with the pricing, as the first quote was more than I paid for my wedding dress. But Karie worked with me to figure out how we could adjust some of the alterations to get the same effect for a less expensive price, which I thought was very great customer service and especially kind. This place is amazing! I was there FOREVER trying on so many bras, since I've never had a professional fit before. My consultant was so helpful and nice and found me exactly the right bras. Michael, Maddie, and Erin are great! There are two other girls who work there that I didn't catch their names, but they are more than helpful as well! Low pressure sales, very helpful in answering questions and finding certain suit options, and very fair prices. I've bought multiple suits and I'm currently getting a custom 1905 suit made for my wedding! Highly recommend over Men's Warehouse in Brookfield. I've been to Men's Warehouse twice and only the second time I was actually greeted - just seem too busy whenever I go. ~Scott

Friendly support from having so much practice dealing with outage responses. I feel bad for them having to deal with angry people due to very unreliable service. It's out almost every week even with good weather. You only get credited if it's out for longer than 4 hours. Even if it's out repeatedly and costs you money. They keep doing maintenance on three nodes nearby but nothing seems to be actually fixing it. Again, great people but shotty equipment. ~Steve

This place will definitely take advantage of your situation. Came in for a top radiator hose a $25 part,and another $22 for the replacement coolant. A total of $47 in parts needed. I was quoted at $267.67,something didn't seem right so i decided to do it myself. I got the hose and coolant and literally changed it in less then 15 minutes. Hose was not blocked by anything at all and easy to get to. I was charged $33.55 for an inspection witch included a $2 charge for environmental fee/parts although they didn't do anything but the inspection. Also left a screw driver under the hood. Times are hard as it is and we have business like this that take advantage of hard working people. Also Make sure you ask for your old parts as some things might not be replaced as you are told. ~luis

This store has a variety of things however and it's not well kept up. As you can see from the photos items are strewn across the aisles. There is no sanitizer to wipe down the carts. But this was the day before Milwaukee County put in mandated masks for stores and indoor spaces on 19 of Aug 2021. This could be due to the lack of employees. Normally this store is better staffed. The staff that were there we're helpful and Howard at work making an effort to replace things that were on the floor back to the correct place on the shelves. It seems like some child had come through the store and just pick things up and shot him on the floor instead of putting them back into place. It truly amazes me how customers can be so rude and self-centered these days. Knowing businesses are just coming out of covid and are lacking staff. So I hope the customers in this neighborhood will be more grateful that the store is open and say thank you to the employees making a concerted effort to be there for us. If you want a more organized shopping experience you may want to try the Ross on Layton and 84th street. ~VL
