7 Best shoe store in Brookfield, Wisconsin (WI) 2024

Michael, Maddie, and Erin are great! There are two other girls who work there that I didn't catch their names, but they are more than helpful as well! Low pressure sales, very helpful in answering questions and finding certain suit options, and very fair prices. I've bought multiple suits and I'm currently getting a custom 1905 suit made for my wedding! Highly recommend over Men's Warehouse in Brookfield. I've been to Men's Warehouse twice and only the second time I was actually greeted - just seem too busy whenever I go. ~Scott

This store has a variety of things however and it's not well kept up. As you can see from the photos items are strewn across the aisles. There is no sanitizer to wipe down the carts. But this was the day before Milwaukee County put in mandated masks for stores and indoor spaces on 19 of Aug 2021. This could be due to the lack of employees. Normally this store is better staffed. The staff that were there we're helpful and Howard at work making an effort to replace things that were on the floor back to the correct place on the shelves. It seems like some child had come through the store and just pick things up and shot him on the floor instead of putting them back into place. It truly amazes me how customers can be so rude and self-centered these days. Knowing businesses are just coming out of covid and are lacking staff. So I hope the customers in this neighborhood will be more grateful that the store is open and say thank you to the employees making a concerted effort to be there for us. If you want a more organized shopping experience you may want to try the Ross on Layton and 84th street. ~VL

I shop here often and every time I walk through the doors I’m greeted with enthusiasm! Extremely helpful and they’re style expertise is amazing. I will always come back here to shop and chat with the employees, they’re great! ~Beth

Best place to buy awesome shoes! Could not have asked for better service! In fact she barely had to even try to ask me to buy a second pair that I had not planned on buying. I will only buy from this location in Brookfield. I think I will be back next month to buy another pair! ~Matt

Best Shoe Shopping experience I've had. Came here on a recommendation and they exceeded expectations. Kale was knowledgeable and made sure we got what we needed. The other staff member was exceptional as well. Will be back. ~James

After receiving HORRIBLE service from the Greenfield location and waiting over 5 weeks for slippers we cancelled and came to Brookfield. The guys were extremely helpful and even told us how many pairs were available at the warehouse and there would be no reason why it would take more than a week to receive them. They were shipped directly to our house and we received in 3 days! ~Pamela
