Best place to buy awesome shoes! Could not have asked for better service! In fact she barely had to even try to ask me to buy a second pair that I had not planned on buying. I will only buy from this location in Brookfield. I think I will be back next month to buy another pair!

Called the store to buy a factory-second. Steve was incredibly helpful and accurately described the flaws of the shoe that I was interested in. When the shoe arrived less than 24 hours later, I was very pleased with the quality. Would highly recommend buying from Steve and the others at the Brookfield location. When I need another pair of discounted AE shoes this will be my first stop.

I went visit this place with my brother who is a former employee of the Allen Edmonds factory. My brother is not an easy customer since he is very demanding and is a real test for any salesperson. We were take care of my Mike who is a veeeeery patient seller and a great shoe connoisseur, he was very attentive and made sure we walked out of his store content with a great pair of shoes. We have always love the Allen Edmonds brand but real shoe people like Mike make a great brand like this better. Thank you Mike!

Can't say enough good things about this place. Great customer service and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to shoes. I bought a pair of wingtips for an awesome price and they even threw in some discounted accessories. Highly recommend this place over department stores that will sell you a lower quality product for the same price.

Good experience by people who know what they're doing. Quality footwear at bargain prices because of "blemishes". I put blemishes in quotations because any blemishes that I saw were insignificant. Nice selection. Clean store. Convenient location.

So just called and talked to Jean. Jean apparently needs more coffee at this early hour of 9:19 AM - she seemed less than thrilled to talk to a devotee and discuss the availability of a shoe. When Jean has to ask me "Is that one of our new ones?" Maybe - just maybe - Jean should know if this is a new shoe. I have to tell her??!?? Maybe I'm crazy - but when you hire people for the flagship Port Washington store, for a shoe that has a cult-like following, wouldn't you want an amazing brand ambassador? What a disappointment! Jean - go drink some coffee, maybe get a nap, or maybe go work at Walmart!

Love this store. Make sure you try and see Mike - he's always the most helpful person they have there and you can never beat the quality of their shoes. I always go with the factory seconds and have never been disappointed!

The only dress shoes I own since the late 90s. Very good product and excellent help from the staff. Would be 5 stars if there was still an annual sale on recrafting.

My husband always buys the shoes and loves them. Service is not good - not greeted when we walked in and ignored for 15 minutes. Once acknowledged, the guy seemed rushed and annoyed.
