Friendly support from having so much practice dealing with outage responses. I feel bad for them having to deal with angry people due to very unreliable service. It's out almost every week even with good weather. You only get credited if it's out for longer than 4 hours. Even if it's out repeatedly and costs you money. They keep doing maintenance on three nodes nearby but nothing seems to be actually fixing it. Again, great people but shotty equipment.

Kim was a very unprofessional. I told her I got a new phone and wanted to remove my old phone from my account and replace it with a phone from a friend. She immediately was going to transfer me to SALES to add a new line. She did not listen to a word I said. Very frustrating.

Worst internet provider. Terribly unreliable service. Had them as my provider 2 separate years and had regular outages. Had AT&T for 2 consecutive years and never had an outage. Plus they didn't raise rates after each year like spectrum does. It's a miracle this company is still in business. Will never be using them again

Very poor customer service. Reps sitting around having a coffee clutch while 8 customers waiting. Many customers had simple needs exchanging a remote or other equipment. But had to wait excessively.

After 35yrs plus with TWC/Spectrum I have finally decided to cancel due to the extremely insane high costs. I had spoken with a phone representative today, whom by the end of our conversation turned rude I went to the Brookfield WI location 2/12/22 Upon entering Laura was very professional and kind even after learning why I was there Fast forward Ricky, one of the most sincere professional young man I have had the pleasure to have help me Because he was so kind and helpful. I did decide to keep the internet. Spectrum should be honored to have these 2 employees I recommend goin g to the Brookfield location for your cable needs

$20 SELF-installation fee, no prorated cancellation, and significant fee increases after a year. What is there not to love? Has decent uptime on internet.

Same store that made me wait outside without a mask 9 months ago now doesn't care about that little detail...instead they reduced staff and have a kiosk to sign into which nobody reminds customers of when they walk in...One lady was busy on her laptop and stared at numerous customers walk in without saying a word about the kiosk...some customers waited around for 20 minutes before they were finally told to sign in...then the same lady that didn't do her job at the door left for 30 minutes without doing anything to help the 9 people waiting in the small store ...I got my issue resolved eventually after a 40 minute wait but they need to either hire more staff or train everyone the same...some employee asked another employee how to do 3 different things and left the one customer waiting in disgust for many minutes....get your stuff together or hire robots, even robots would be friendlier than these employees

Erika is terrible. Bad attitude, lazy and seems to do her very best to be as little help as possible. But it's not her fault. Spectrum as a whole is a scam and she's just part of it.

The Customer service at this location is extremely horrible. We got threatened by the employee here, she said that she knows how to yell too 🤦🏽♀️ I informed Spectrum & they did not do anything about it. To top it off, they are charging me $ 200 for returned cable boxes! 😠 Very disappointing. I'm thinking of switching cable company because of this.
