No wait.. It's hard to know if you're getting a good deal when they go by zip code.. I was told my pricing is good for 24 months but on the app it is saying 12... Time will tell

My boyfriend and I went to sign up for internet service on a Friday. Our wait was only 5 minutes which was a pleasant surprise. I can't remember the woman's name but she was very friendly and helpful getting us signed up and answering our questions. So far so good.

Service was great but spectrum is full of u know what they charge for Service that you don't have. Why am I getting charged for the whole months Service for only using half of the month. I think it's a rip off will have to report it to Wisconsin AG to see if they can get away with it. Not a happy camper Spectrum

I signed in and was 12th in line. It took about a 30-45 minutes to see someone. They are heavily targeting cell customers. It feels like a cell phone store. I just needed to swap equipment not get a new cell phone. Representative was pleasant and took care of my problem in 5 minutes. There was one customer who was being taken care of the entire time I was there. BE PREPARED TO WAIT.

It was 7:15pm the store didn’t close to 8 and one of the reps didn’t wanna sell me a phone because she was lazy. Stay away from this location.

I arrived to pickup my equipment to install my internet. I waited for about 20 minutes. I was pleased that it wasn't longer. The rep. she was very knowledgeable and pleasant, it took her very little time to put my package 📦 together. I was very pleased with her C.S. skills and her mannerisms. The visit is worth 5 🌟. I wish 🤞 that I could give 10 🌟.

Most staff is will to help although many are just sitting around and will not help customers. Came to the store 3 separate times to pick up a modem and had an issue every time and all 3 times there was staff not willing to help customers. Very disappointing to see would not recommend spectrum for any type of service (I have only ever used them for Wi-Fi service which is always going out) and very poor customer service

Not a fan of spectrum. I had one of there lines fall onto my garage on a Sundaynight. I called to tell them. The guy on the phone was not at all helpful and gave me an appointment for a week later. Even though I explained to him this was over a walkway. He didn't care. I went to the Spectrum store on Monday and spoke with Antesha. She was very helpful and got me an appointment the same day. Why did this have to be a big deal. I'm truly thinking of cutting the cord after this incident. This was only one instance that they have dealt with in a sloppy, unprofessional way. 5 stars to Antesha. Zero for your phone staff.
