Rob was fabulous- offering helpful insights, tips and advice to get us on the right plan for my family’s needs, add a line, and got a brand new phone, and everything transferred/set up at the lowest cost possible. And it was all pretty darn quick. Kudos to Scott (and Verizon) for providing truly excellent customer service!

Most pleasant phone buying experience I have ever had. Staff seems to know everything about anything when it comes to phones and phone service and has a very strong customer first mentality. I would recommend this location to anyone within driving distance. Heck, it might even be worth an airline ticket to shop here.

Matt is so helpful as after I told him what I needed he called me back (which I didn’t expect) and let me know iPads were $100 off this month so I then ordered 2 which I needed badly for my business! He didn’t have any in his store so he was going to get them anyways by the end of the day! He’s got my business in the future! Wish all Verizon stores had employees like Matt he’s certainly one of a kind!

Matt goes above and beyond for his clients. I went to him with an idea for a present for my wife and he exceeded my expectations. He listened to exactly what she would want in a phone and picked the perfect choice for her. He is knowledgeable in his products as well as the Verizon company and was able to get us the best deal. Not only that, you can tell he is just an all around great guy! We will definitely be going back to him with all our Verizon needs.

After being a customer of another cell phone provider for 10 years (and being fed up with their service and customer care for more than half that time), I decided to make the switch to Verizon. Rob was very helpful getting everything switched over. He was patient with me as I took my time deciding what plan was going to be right for me, and even took the time to calculate my payments should I decide to add lines in the future. He did all of this while setting up new phones and services for several other customers all at the same time. His manager even took the time to enter and delete multiple numbers on a local senior citizen’s phone for them— I’ve never seen that kind of thoughtful and helpful customer service at the “other” provider’s store. So far, I’m sold on Verizon and the customer service I’ve received! Thanks again, Rob!
