Horrible experience at this salon! I came in with my daughter who was so excited to be getting a Brazilian Blowout for the first time. Juliet was extremely unprofessional, with so much attitude. 20 minutes into starting hair they told me it would be an additional $100! Then she told me she was using something else which is similar to Brazilian even though I asked her not to. She kept yelling at her assistant(the assistant was a sweetheart, I felt bad for her!)telling her to rush through the job because have another client coming in! I paid hundreds of dollars only to have my daughters hair destroyed. She had beautiful thick healthy hair going in and now at 13 yrs old her hair is balding and split all over!! Pleaseee save your money and your hair and go elsewhere!!! ~bebe
