Best outdoor sports store in Appleton, Wisconsin (WI) 2024

Buy Online Pickup in Store is busted. I was in the previous day looking at a set of left handed irons/hybrid set, a golf bag, and a putter, back at the hotel trying to place the order online and pickup I was met with an out of stock issue for the club set when I had just been in and held them in my hands. I called the next morning asking if I was able to purchase the same club set but right handed and make an exchange and was told I could. After following through with the my order in their BOPIS system, I went to pick up my clubs and after twenty minutes since placing the order, they said they hadn’t received the order. Wyatt was extremely patient and helpful doing what he could within his limits to help me and I am appreciative of that. After multiple tries including, showing them my order number, confirmation, and that my card had already been charged, I was left to no avail. I was told by the manager my options were to either cancel the order, or pay the shipping costs to have them sent to my address after having being jerked around for more than an hour after ordering. I left the store and in the parking lot went to cancel the order come to find out it had already been canceled. More than likely the reason they never received it on their end. If you want something from Golf Galaxy, I recommend just going into the store and buying them. Unfortunately for people like me that don’t live in the area, the system is beyond a mess and I’ll be looking elsewhere. ~Joey
