Josh (from Campbell) greeted clientele as soon as they stepped into the office space. Josh was helpful in explaining details and logistics of public storage. I made reservation to only see one unit but he was kind enough to show me a larger unit. Overall Josh’s costumer service was spot and unfortunate he isn’t full time in EPA.

The couple of times I needed to call the on-site office, the staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Overall the facility is clean inside. My rate kept getting raised every 6 months or I would have given a 5 star review.

The process was absolutely flawless. I felt as if everything seemed too easy and almost too good to be true, but it was truly as easy as it seemed. I enjoyed the easy online selection and reservation and the personal follow up was a nice touch. Tracy was amazing to work with and her work ethic was undoubtedly exemplified when I checked in on move in day. Facility was clean and very accessible! Highly recommended!

Excellent location! Conveniently located right off San Thomas Expressway and Camden. Lots of parking spaces, room for large moving vans. The office is well managed and very clean. Josh was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions honestly especially rent increases, how much and how often.

The office staff have been very helpful throughout my time renting a unit through the Curtner location- from initial leasing all the way through move out. Kudos to Josh for proactively helping me get set up to move out mid-month. Thought I would loose money moving out partway through the month, but he kindly and professionally helped me get set up in the system to avoid additional unnecessary charges. Such a breathe of fresh air. Thanks so much, Josh! To top it off, the facility is secure and clean. ✨

Your Curtner location is very clean, love the long caddies for moving my boxes. Always easy to park close to your unit. Tracy is wonderful to work with, she is always there and watches the facility is every way. She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and works very hard.

I had a storage unit at the Curtner facility, and it was so easy and unproblematic from move in to when I left. Tammy and Josh are very helpful, and look out for their customers. The facility is clean and smells good too ☺️. I know people who have used Public Storage (including myself) and there was always a headache somewhere along the line, but never with Extra Space. If you're looking for a storage unit, I'd HIGHLY recommend Extra Space over any of the other subpar options!!
