THOU$AND$ OF DOLLARS IN MISTAKES Had taxes prepared their LAST YR...this year an error is found in the preparation - A YEAR LATER. THEY FAILED TO ENTER ALL THE INFORMATION PROVIDED, AND MICHAEL MORGAN ADMITTED AS MUCH AND FILED A AMENDMENT......Now, after advertising "we cover any mistakes"...they try to manipulate into signing documents and facing paperwork to IRS. The woman Tanya makes harassing and threating phone calls to attempt to intimidate into assuming responsibility and paying the fines and fees which HR BLOCK SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR...no doubt because her job is in jeopardy due to a screw up if THOU$AND$ of dollars. Further contact will be deemed harassment until we receive a determination from the corporate office. Maybe now they will notice

h&r block is price Gouging . They charged me 250 this year to do my taxes. Just for a short form. And she couldn't really explain why she charged me 250 but to be greedy. I'm going have the Department of Agriculture look in to it for sure.

My refund was deposit in someone else account I can't get though to the IRS and H&R BLOCK is no help. I'm just waiting it out at this point. I guess I'll get it by next year when i can get though to the IRS SMDH.

Kiran Patel restored our faith with H&R Block. Our prior year's taxes were done incorrectly by a different tax preparer in another place, however, with Kiran's knowledge and expertise, we were able to complete this year properly. They do a okay job filing taxes, but I would not drop off my paper work for them to file. I dropped off my paper work Saturday 2/19, I called Friday 2/25 after they told me the paper work would be complete by then, just to be to it wouldn't be done till next week and possibly not till Wednesday. It shouldn't take over a week for taxes to be filed. Go in person and avoid their unfulfillable promises.
