Door dashed a plate of food. It was completely inedible, meatloaf was burnt. I called to speak to a manager. After a 5 minute hold I hung up. Don't waste your money and the added fees for garbage. Why would they even serve something so bad to anyone is beyond me.

Honestly if I hadn't been tired of running errands and wanted to get home I probably would have just gone somewhere else. The pizza looked a day old and it was kind of slow service. It was near lunch time so that wasn't their fault that they were busy but keeping a customer waiting while they called for change and then waited for said change to come back was when I wasn'tusing cash.... please don't misunderstand the first wait didn't bother me.... it was the second one that did....I fully acknowledge that I may be the only one that this would bother. That's why this is strictly based on my perception and it may be as simple as I tried to be patient and failed

They offer outstanding Prime and Choice Angus steaks. The produce looked good. Olives on the salad bar, and a nice selection of premium cheeses.

Shop all time. Just wish prices groceries would come down. When they have things on sale wish they make sure they have stock . It is not good go and shelf bare??? Very disappointed when this happens Although best place to get about anything you need

they provided a scooter which my friend got for me and i was able to use some gift coupons from christmas. no change from them, but used that 25 bucks up quickly enough!

The store was well stocked and clean . How ever they need to have people ready to help out on the registers. The self check out was full and 2 counters open with at least 6 people in line at each.

I have been a Food City customer for over 40 years. My favorite location is State of Franklin Rd. Like layout,always clean, fresh vegetables and fruit, great cheese selection you can find everything on you list! The associates always helpful, friendly and ready to be of assistance. We enjoy getting "fuel bucks" most of all the 30 cents off on Wednesday.
