Love my dunkins, they know me and how I need my coffee. Almost never have to tell them I'm there so much 😁Paula is amazing her crew is growing. Praise them, do not criticize they do a great job. What they do isn't always easy - keep up the good work guys. Oh and Charlie says thanks for the pup cup

Love Dunkin! But two times now at this location I’ve had issues :( 1st time the girl had no idea what I was talking about and told me I wasn’t able to get one of the offers I had on my Dunkin’ app. The 2nd time she told me my refresher was going to be $1 more than it shows it priced on the menu. Very frustrating.

I guess we should be grateful there's people in there "working"🤦. An order of 4 donuts, 3 alike and 1 different, a large tea. Had to ask again what I ordered then forgot the tea. If the girl could move any slower she'd be asleep standing up. At least the place was clean but I guess customer service is no longer existant!

the "girls" working nights were extremely rude. they were annoyed when I came in and sat down to wait on my boyfriend (I had every intention of having coffee with him here, but not now) because I guess I walked where she had been mopping. they're cussing and gossiping behind the counter, even complainingabout their boss - all right in front of me. i get that theyre young, but theres a time and a place. At least now I definitely know where not to get a late night cup. ✌🏼

Everything is clean and organized & the service is great. The staff usually has me laughing before I leave. Sometimes the wait time in the mornings is too long.

I really like Dunkin!! I love there pumpkin flavored coffee and muffins in the fall. I've recently found the amazing flavor of oat milk and I love it in my coffee. But I'm really getting tired of paying $6 for a cup of coffee that's 3/4 of the way empty from get go. I mean seriously if I had wanted a small I would've ordered one!! If this was the first time I'd just chalk it up to human error. Because after all we all make mistakes from time to time. But this has become an regular occurrence at both locates I visit. Every time I open it up to put my sugar in the cup isn't even close to full. It gets frustrating especially when your paying the crazy prices that coffee cost now days!!
