This used to be a good Mcdonalds with nice staff. Now they barely have any workers. They only have the drive thru open and not the lobby. One of the night shift managers is always rude like it’s our fault they got no staff. She used to be nice but now she’s just always has an attitude.

Just went thru drive thru and ordered large fries and only 1/4 of the ff were there. SMH

This McDonald’s sucks, went there today to let the kids play and eat. The lady behind the counter ignored us and was very rude. It was raining hard outside so we though they could burn off some energy Inside and eat. The lady said she wouldn’t serve us inside and that we had to go through the drive through. We called for a manger but there wasn’t one available so we called home office. It won’t let me post the review without clicking at least one star, they don't deserve even one.

I should have known before ordering from here, but I was hungry, and I knew this was there. This is a notoriously bad location. I should have gone to the one on nolensville. Every time I order from this location, I regret it. A couple years ago my boyfriend got a RAW burger from here. Nonetheless, I was very hungry. I got a double cheeseburger and a basket of fries. Never get the basket here. I promise it will always be stale and/or soggy. Everything from this location is a complete disappointment. I get breakfast on the way to work from here sometimes. I regret it each time. I imagine frequenting this location is akin to a form of self harm. Perhaps that’s why I keep coming back. This place is cursed and has the opposite of an endorsement from me. Though I keep coming back, I am further saddened by each visit. Somehow it manages to get worse each time.

What ever you do don’t order a basket of fries at this location especially if you add salt they will make you pay for the extra work they have to do by making your fries with no salt by burning your fry’s to death until they turn brown when they suppose to look yellow try another location buyer caution ⚠️ beware ⚠️

Terrible 95% of the time. Whoever owns this franchise needs to invest in a better Team. Only 3 workers, app or kiosk only, and forget about drive through. Going on 40 minutes today and still waiting for $14 of breakfast items.

Drive thru and food was fine but one of the workers bagging the food was eating an apple pie in the kitchen with his gloves on while touching the food the customers were eating. The one worker also wasn’t wearing a face mask. (photo below was a picture I snapped of the apple pie in his hand.) I don’t like to post bad reviews of establishments but this is genuinely a health hazard.
