This bank is just getting worse by minute.Before when it was BBVA, there were friendly and helpful people working there, but now, I don't even want to go there.  I moved all my accounts to Chase and only kept my business account there which very soon I will close that one too.  Yesterday I went by the drive through and asked for five temporary checks.  After waiting for about ten minutes, she came to the window and said they were out of paper and had only two left.  This shows how terrible this bank is being run, when they don't even do the inventory check to make sure they have everything the customer needs. On top of that I just checked my account and she has charged me $4.50 for the two temporary checks she printed for me.  In the past with BBVA, I have never been charged for temporary checks and most importantly, she did not even mention the charge.  If she would have told me that she was going to charge me $4.50 for two temporary checks, I would not have asked for it.  I cannot wait to close the business account and forget about this bank forever.

Really these folks are really a mess. I got a letter about a loan I don’t have. Now it’s my job to talk to the fraud department. Last week they called and said to call back, when I did they didn’t know any reason they would have called. DONT USE THIS BANK!!!!

Customer Service is about as bad as it gets. It started with me calling a head of time to see if they can issue me a temporary debit card. They said yes and to just come in. The reason why i called a head of time is because I had to take a bus and walk part of they way, it would cost me money and time. I get there and the lady said they cannot issue a temporary card. Instead of her understanding it was a 1 hour journey for me to come there and say Sorry at the least. Instead she has the nerve to give me attitude for asking if she can ask one more person to double check. On top of that she said she was the manager. I hate this place, I just stick around because I don't get charged Monthly fees. But I am currently looking for a new bank.

I would see new faces almost every 3 months or so and I I meant everyone including the branch manager, that tells you something. One thing I am sure the employees love about this bank the most is they don't have to work on the weekends even the online banking system as well. You will not get any updated info of your accounts in terms of balance, alert etc which they always claim their online banking app is one of the best. However, according to one of the former B.M., the app is just a tool for us the customer to view and it is not necessary to be accurate and I should be balancing by write down all the transactions like the old days???? And I got tricked to pay the overdraft fee numerous times by deducted all the withdraw/expanse before any deposits (direct deposit/cash deposit) for any weekend transactions despite the deposits were made before any expanses. One last thing, try not to make any cash deposit thru the ATM after dark or anytime, the ATM machine or system they have is THE slowest one and always dysfunction i have ever seen probably in the past 20 years....
