The T Mobile representatives were very helpful and professional. I went in for a new phone and got free home internet for a month. I've been meaning to get rid of my awful internet service provider and so far the T Mobile internet is faster and more affordable. I'm glad I came in and ignored the low rating here on Gmaps : )

Not to my surprise when I see this place has 2.5 stars. The customer services who help me was seems either rude or don't have enough experiences or customer services training skills. I walked in to pay my bills and as she was printing my receipt she answered the phone and walked away for about 5 minutes which I thought she probably went to get my receipt that printed to printer in back office then she came back to get my receipt from printer that locate just underneath the counter where she was helping me. Then I asked her questions that has to do with setting up or delete unwanted apps on my phone, appeared she seemed knowledgeable and confidence for that but turn out the problems remain. At all times (10-15 mins) I spent there never one moment she seems or appears to be pleasant about her job and rush through all questions I asked.

Walked in to activate phone. Waited in line spoke to mark Anthony who immediately apologised saying "I am new' and don't no what to do". "Let me ask a manager to help" I am understanding but after 45 minutes I am still waiting with nothing but an apology."

I went back to get it the next day and they informed me that the manager took the Ids to be shipped back. Its been a month and a half and i never got my it over the mail. The warranty exchange phone I received turned off at 30-50% of battery life asking to be charged. I went to turn it back in to them and they gave me a different one. It only worked 3 weeks and It just turned off. Ive been a few days without my phone. They are suppose to give me another one lets see how the 3rd phone does. I still need to go to the DMV to get my Drivers License and again the employees do not care about you're waiting time.

I missed the free sock give away for Valentines day. I called into this location today to see if I could still pick up a pair. The lady I spoke to said I could. I drove there (during rush hour) to pick them up. When I arrived a guy approached me (he looked angry even before he "greeted" me) and I explained what I had been told. He said something to the effect of "who the crap told you that" and went to ask his manager. He came back saying his manager had I couldn't. He didn't offer his condolences or an apology (his face looked pissed off during the entire encounter). I went to two other T-Mobile stores and BOTH of them were happy to give me socks. I don't know why this store couldn't. I am literally going out of my way to give them free advertising.
