Best cell phone store in North Hollywood, California (CA) 2024

I've been to this store twice. Both times the service was stellar. The people who helped me went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Polite, courteous, knowledgeable. My favorite T-Mobile store. ~Drew

The T Mobile representatives were very helpful and professional. I went in for a new phone and got free home internet for a month. I've been meaning to get rid of my awful internet service provider and so far the T Mobile internet is faster and more affordable. I'm glad I came in and ignored the low rating here on Gmaps : ) ~FemmeBleu

Zero acknowledgment, Awful customer service. I was there waiting for 10 minutes no one came out to help me or even say I’ll be right with you. ~Maiara

At this location, they refused to port my number stating that there were laws prohibiting transferring if you've been with the previous carrier less than 30 days. I was also told that she couldn't even try because the system wouldn't allow it. However, I went to a different Metro store and it was immediately ported. So don't go to this location, but I do recommend Metro as a service. ~Kai
