Please don't go to this store to sell you stuff, I had 8 beautiful beaded dress and jacket, after putting my mother in nursing home. Many of these items still had tags on them. First it takes two weeks for them to evaluate the clothes, than when I go back, they offer me $39 dollars in store credit, like I said many of the thing I brought never been worn, they where beautiful hand beaded dress many one of a kind. Everything in their store is price super high, so I sure they are going to put hundreds dollars on each one of those dress. I not sure of they treated me like this because I'm black or they just like stealing from people! My mom passed away while I was waiting on them, now I have to go to GEORGIA and these people didn't even give me enough money to fill the tank of my car. Don't go to this place

I visited the new store location in Mequon to consign two boxes of designer shoes (Rag + Bone, Tory Burch, Prada, etc.), all of which were still in their original boxes. I had called the day prior to ask if I should bring the shoes in their boxes, being mindful of the policy on the website about total box size limits, but the woman I spoke with told me it would be helpful to have the original boxes, and that I can bring the shoe boxes in a moving box. When I arrived at the store, I decided to walk in first before lugging the two boxes inside. I asked one employee if I just bring items in, and she said yes and directed me to the buying counter. I returned to my car and brought the first box in and walked up to the buying counter. I asked the employee behind the counter if I could set the first box down while I grabbed the second box. I then returned to my car and retrieved the second box. When I got back to the counter, the employee then stopped me and said these two boxes are too big for them to take. I explained that I followed the instruction of the employee I spoke with, but it didn't matter. She advised I put the boxes in a bag - how would I put 20 shoe boxes into a bag? Not only was this a huge inconvenience for me, but the employee made me feel humiliated. Why wouldn't you stop me after I brought the first box in rather than watch me walk to and from my car only to turn me away! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was a huge advocate of the store, not only a regular customer, but I frequently recommend the store to others. After this, I will not support this company.

So incredibly unprofessional! The owner is rude, and entitled. She doesn't treat her employees well or her customers. She has been in local businesses causing scenes and filled with anger. Fifth-Main use to be fun to shop at a few years ago but now the pieces are overpriced. They even sell replica pieces now (illegal). They have fake Gucci tees all over the store along with other fake items on their tee rack. When they started their outlet, she sold 20+ items of FAKE designer. I purchased a few and did not know they were fake at the time until it was confirmed by the companies themselved (LV, Gucci). They also treat their customers of POC differently which is disgusting.

I love this place! Staff are always friendly. Clothes are very neat and organized. I love the new extension that opened up next door. (My only recommendation is to put in better lighting as I had a hard time seeing some of the clothing!) I love the section that sells for $5 and under. The clothing was higher quality and in great shape. Well done!
