Doesn’t care about the disabled and chronically ill. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays now, which disproportionately affects disabled and chronically ill patients. Don’t buy into the BS they aren’t fully staffed because they are and have hired new workers this year! They also price gouge, not raise the prices due to inflation but literally are gouging prices every month or so. I haven’t shopped there anymore in 2 months and won’t ever. Only 2 people in that store are polite and well mannered and they work as cashiers in the front of the store. The rest of the workers are rude!

Had a package for FedEx. I tried to drop it off. Staff said-if it's pre-labled we can't take your box. I went to Cedarburg Walgreens and dropped off my package. Manager was impressed and said about this situation: weird ( same store, same Fedex system). My opinion: unprofessional, rude and lazy staff.

Brought our children in for their flu shot and waited almost an hour for a scheduled appointment. Basic picking up prescriptions is generally slow, there are only one or two people in the pharmacy at any time that I have seen. Updating review, things are getting worse, wife stopped by to pick up a prescription that was already ready, and took over an hour waiting in line. Wish there were better options than the big pharmacy in the area.

When fedex messed up on picking up my prescription for delivery, the store made sure I received it and delivered to me within 2 hours. I've always had great service at this store and they just went over and above!!

Night and day difference drove 15 minutes out of my way to come to this walgreens after the walgreens in Milwaukee misplaced my disposable cameras for three weeks.. came here and hopefully will actually receive my photos!
