I did purchase my glasses at Pearle Vision. The people that work in the store are knowledgeable and I love the glasses I got there. One of the ladies that works in the store I would give a 15 out of 10 on customer service! I did feel like they were very expensive. I did purchase the warranty and for $25 went in and had the lenses replaced in my glasses because they were scratched. I thought that was a great deal!

Horrible experience wasted time and money 💴 terrible service and product run from this place!! The guy heated up my frames so much it cracked them and ruined them and I never had a problem with them before. Go somewhere else people!

Optometrist and staff were very knowledgeable and professional while taking care of my eye needs. Solomon gave very technical in-depth and thoughtful advice on lenses. He also provided answers to any questions I had. Overall a great experience!

I ordered Contact lenses in march, it’s June 15th and they still have not come. They filed the insurance for the contacts and i paid over $300 only to find out that they sent them to the wrong address. I ended Up buying glasses out of pocket and the really don’t have much of an update of where my contacts are. I asked for a refund and they told me i had To wait until they can track them down… i should have just ordered from eyeconic like i normally do.

My husband bought a pair of Oakley glasses on a whim from the Oakley store and went to Pearle Vision to see if they could put lenses in them. Not only could they put the lenses in, but they were finished in an hour. Great customer service from JD as well.

I'll start with the positive. They were very nice. They had a wide selection of boutique brands. However: super expensive compared with Sam's. It's the only place that will accept my insurance and the $150 allowed covered $120 for the least expensive pair I found. Lenses are, of course, extra. I could have had a couple of pairs frames and lenses at Sam's. Furthermore, they wouldn't take my broken glasses and use the lenses to duplicate for the new pair, as Sam's would. I didn't have my original prescription, so I had to have an exam. Fortunately, one was available later in the afternoon. Even so, I would have been done at Sam's in 1/2 hour. Here, it's been almost 2 hours already. It's 2:25 now and I'm still in the Optometrist's waiting room for a 2:10 appointment, so it's not looking promising that I'll be doing any of the other errands I had planned for today.

Had the most positive experience imaginable. A young lady named Jessica took all time needed to get frames and lens just right. Used my frames and bought the best quality lens. Very reasonable price for all. Thrilled. Had been dreading getting new glasses. But could recommend Pearle here in Yukon wholeheartedly!!

I purchased my frames and lenses the end of December. The coating on my lenses started peeling off today. Took them in to see about getting repaired. I was told that i had declined to purchase the warranty. They wanted to charge me for the repair. Lenses that cost me $350 AFTER insurance should last longer than 8 months. I will be taking my business elsewhere I. The future! In response to the reply below...there were no scratches on my lenses. The coating developed a bubble that then started peeling. I did decline to pay for the repair. I did not damage my lenses. The coating was defective.
