Wendy's here in El Reno is a great place to eat .their food is awesome and the staff are so nice ! Definitely recommend eating there !

Normally have decent service here but not this time. Parked in the parking lot while I updated my app so I could make a Mobile order and the place was dead . The 10 min I was there no customers came other than me. I placed my order pulled around to the window and was told to pull forward keep in mind no cars whatsoever in line , was gave my order about 5 min later no biggie, pull out onto interstate and find out I was given nothing close to what I ordered. Called in and asked how they could mess up a app order when there’s no miss communication and she said I was given someone else’s order they had another one. So basically only 2 orders at once and messed both of them up. Manager was pretty rude also. Normally I would just eat what I was given and never say a word but this burger had Mayo ketchup and mustard and I just couldn’t lol so I probably won’t be returning to this restaurant.

Girl on the headset was constantly interrupting me while I was placing my order, never repeated the order, I asked for large and receipt says medium but i only paid for medium so thats fine. The girl at the second window was rude as well, when I recieved a medium drink I was confused saying it should of been a large and she got an attitude and yelled "well you paid for a medium so." Also burger had mayonnaise on it after asking for no mayonnaise due to allergy.

The General manager Nic is extremely unprofessional and rude to his employees. I wouldn't waste my money here unless you support people verbally abusing their staff.

Pulled up to drive thru at 9:25 pm on May 3rd, 2022. They say they are closed due to understaffing and they have to clean the restaurant. Another car right in front of us was waited on.

We stopped in on our way back to NW Oklahoma. The inside was nice and clean. The employees were all friendly, we were greeted with a smile and a hello. The food was ready pretty quick. Our food was hot and tasted good. No complaints here, keep up the good work 👍

Place is rarely open on time in the morning. Apparently they can't get help or keep help. Several times I've seen employees waiting outside for the manager because they were late. Sad..... pretty new restaurant and it's already in bad shape. When they are open the food has been good.

Stopped on our way home No line. They ask us to pull up because chicken nuggets weren’t ready. Pull up even though no one was behind us. Finally some one came and they came outside and asked us to pull up more. 20 min went by before we got our order . The next two cars came and went. Got the food and fries were cold.

Food was spoiled when I bought it. They should be taken to court for such disgusting food. Salad had black spots on it and never can be fresh of today. Must have been laying for several days. If I was the owner I would sent the staff and manger home. This is dangerous.
