Krystals has changed up their food! The quality of the chicken on the chicks has gone up tremendously. The French fries are also better with a crunchy texture on them. So yeah, Krystal's now gets my vote of confidence again

I grew up in NJ and this is my first time experiencing a Krystal. I'm used to White Castle and although the menu is not as vast as WC, it was just as good. The only reason I gave it 4 star was because my boyfriend got a bit sick.

By far the worst experience ever. I asked for fresh food and this is what I got. I have a pork allergy and they just kept saying they made it fresh. On top of that my tots was burnt and extra greasy. When I took the food back in the older lady had an attitude. This was the worst customer service I have ever had.

You could tell they are understaffed but the store was very clean, workers were awesome, and food was good. Sadly most people in post negative comments so I thought the workers could use some encouragement cause fast food is not easy.

Bad good, bad service. They got our order wrong and the place stank. I don't necessarily blame the employees, but the owners and managers. The workers are making minimum wage and enduring horrible conditions. I drove by this Krystal in 2005 when it was literally burning down to the ground (as result of a grease fire in the kitchen). They never should have rebuilt it.

Very clean and fresh food. "Dean" is very professional and courteous..More restaurants need to learn from this one! Fast or slow, food is food and customer service needs work these days. This is prob the best Krystal East of Mississippi! All the employees were great.

The meal was fine, the service ok, the dining room was pretty gross. It seems like it’s a gamble on eating in at any fast food, even if dining in is open, you don’t feel like your welcome. My meal was delivered in a to go bag.

Went last night at 11:46. The female at the drive through was rude and stated our vehicle couldn't get any Krystal's because the restaurant closed at 12 and it took longer than that to fix fresh Krystal's?! She stated we could only get chicks but I wondered how long that chicken had sat there since they were available. Very Rude staff that seemed to not care about polite customers just wanting their Krystal burgers. Went to Lenoir City and received excellent service and hot Krystal's.

The burgers are always good, and I love the new fries. Although, Krystal’s has some of the rudest employees on the planet. I came in to order food, and the lady up front, (with the 2 lip rings) proceeds to argue with me over what burgers are plain and what aren’t. I asked if I could dine in, and she just gives me attitude. I always hate complaining. This lady made me so mad tho. Stay away from her.

So I ordered from Uber. I ordered chic combo with tots and a large root beer. I also ordered 4 cheese Krystal’s and a large Reese’s shake. Uber Guy Johnathon somebody dropped it off. There wasn’t any tots and no shake. Now, I didn’t want to blame the driver at first chance, so I called Krystal’s to find out if it was made and given to him to bring me. No answer. Called three separate times at different times. Not back to back. Voicemail was full so I couldn’t leave a vm. I am very dissatisfied with Krystal’s. I only order when I’m craving bad food, but I won’t be going there anymore. No wonder so many closed. Also the picture posted is one of the chicks I ordered. The bun was dry and no sauce and no pickle. Good thing I have that at home.
