I have to say the Burger King in hall's did really good. Our fries were hot and our whoppers were made to order. This is the first Burger King I've been to that I can say they did an excellent job.

It was 5:44 pm and they has the doors locked...drive thru was at least 13 car waiting in line ..30 percent of the food is usually cold especially fries ..urrh

Best Burger King I've ever eaten at the delicious food was very hot fresh very quick and fast speedy service would recommend it to anyone I loved it so much decided to join their team and become part of their faster service I'd like to thank you Maryland for the job opportunity

Once again the counter people need to wake up. I had to tell the young woman taking my order, 3 times it was to go. I ordered a coffee, black, no cream or sugar. She came back with my coffee and said, " Do you want cream or sugar ? ", I was so tempted to ask her if she was still asleep because I was the only patron there at the time. This isn't the first time and probably would go to another BK but it's the only one in my neighborhood and I do like the food. Regardless that they screw my order up sometimes.

My granddaughter and I go through the drive through every morning before school if we have time. We don't care much for biscuits anywhere but their croissants are awesome. I don't care much for their burgers but my husband does so it's probably just me then. It is nice and clean. We usually go through the drive-thru and it takes a reasonable amount of time.

BK XL is really a great burger. Service was quick and friendly. Had a whopper melt and it was very good.

I've always loved Burger King, but this one doesn't just have great food. They've got down to Earth and great customer service.

3rd time this week my order was messed up. First order they forgot to put chicken on my chicken sandwich. Second time they clearly gave me a microwaved burger with rotten lettuce and today they forgot an entire sandwich. I understand how businesses can make mistakes, I make them myself from time to time at my job. I do not enjoy having to hold up the line to triple check my order for accuracy multiple times each week. I have been going there for years and unfortunately my entire crew at work and myself will no longer order from this restaurant. Every two days there is a new face, and for a business to have that high of a turnaround rate clearly means something is not right with the workflow or management.
