8 Best fast food restaurant in Knoxville, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Clean, non smoking. Very helpful and friendly cashier. She suggested a few combos and menu items at a great price. Turned out was a awesome deal and the food was great. Will come back. 10.21 for whoppers,fries and sodas x2. Yet talk about awesome deal with great taste. Been years since I went to Burger King. Glad I did. I do not like McDonald's. But I love Burger King great tast,favor, and price you can't beat. Clean area, wheelchair parking, entrance, friendly employees, non smoking, family friendly environment. Easy to see from road plenty of parking . I am totally coming back. Thank you for a great experience. ~Tina

i am impressed with this Burger King, staff are friendly, place is clean. They service is fast. Biscuits are better compare to the one across Burger King. Burger King Sausage biscuit, fresh fried egg, more flavor on the sausage and the biscuit is crispy outside. Yummm ~Eflien

My granddaughter and I go through the drive through every morning before school if we have time. We don't care much for biscuits anywhere but their croissants are awesome. I don't care much for their burgers but my husband does so it's probably just me then. It is nice and clean. We usually go through the drive-thru and it takes a reasonable amount of time. ~Cheryl

They pretty much met my expectations with no extra fluff or excitement. You'll probably want to ask for napkins if you're doing the drive thru because they are not a default. ~David

By far the worst experience ever. I asked for fresh food and this is what I got. I have a pork allergy and they just kept saying they made it fresh. On top of that my tots was burnt and extra greasy. When I took the food back in the older lady had an attitude. This was the worst customer service I have ever had. ~Shawnese

So I was super excited to try Culver’s today, they were so busy, I knew it was going to be great but that was not the case. My burger was raw inside, have you ever tried to peel apart a mushroom Swiss burger to refry it, not so easy. Was trying to save but but ended up having to cook anyway! Watch your burgers better guys! ~Judy

I order the orange chicken bowl and brown rice with egg roll. The service was friendly and very helpful and the dining room was clean. The taste of the food and the quantity for the price was not my favorite. My son took two bits and we threw the rest of the lunch entree in the trash. ~Dionne

My burger was raw. I didn't notice it until I was half way through eating it. I'm so disgusted. I will never go to this location again. When I called the manager to let her know she was so rude about it acted like i was lying and wanted me to bring the raw cheeseburger back and wasn't willing to accept the pictures.
