Best hamburger restaurant in Knoxville, Tennessee (TN) 2024

By far the worst experience ever. I asked for fresh food and this is what I got. I have a pork allergy and they just kept saying they made it fresh. On top of that my tots was burnt and extra greasy. When I took the food back in the older lady had an attitude. This was the worst customer service I have ever had. ~Shawnese

So I was super excited to try Culver’s today, they were so busy, I knew it was going to be great but that was not the case. My burger was raw inside, have you ever tried to peel apart a mushroom Swiss burger to refry it, not so easy. Was trying to save but but ended up having to cook anyway! Watch your burgers better guys! ~Judy

As my husband put it. "This place should be condemned." It is absolutely disgusting and dirty on the inside. I can't believe a chain restaurant would have such low standards. See pics of the horrid ceiling. The food was nasty as well. I only took a few bites and could not eat anymore. ~Katie

My burger was raw. I didn't notice it until I was half way through eating it. I'm so disgusted. I will never go to this location again. When I called the manager to let her know she was so rude about it acted like i was lying and wanted me to bring the raw cheeseburger back and wasn't willing to accept the pictures. I do not recommend this location. ~Angie
