Service is good and that's about it really. Food was barely warm. Went for all you can eat wings and they were basically made by chef Mike. Hard and tough and the fries were cold. Our server Darren was great though.

You're rolling the dice with this one. It's Applebees, big chain restaurant, the food is Applebees food. I'm not reviewing the food. FYI, this is--at the writing of this review--a Coke beverages location. This location is super hit-or-miss on the service. Some servers are amazing, responsive, and pay attention to you. Some servers seem completely inexperienced and completely untrained. One visit your order will come out promptly, hot, and correct--all while your beverages stay topped off. The next visit, your server will disappear after taking your order. Your meal will show up 40 minutes after you order and the appetizer will show up 10 minutes AFTER your meal. It would seem that management, coordination, and training are just absent here. If you're lucky, you get a great server that takes care of business in spite of the rest of the crew. Good luck.

We had the worst experience for the lunch there. The meat in the sandwich was burned black, we ordered bone in wings but we got boneless one. And the waiter came out and told me they don’t have bone in wings, but it’s on the menu and she was confused after double checked the menu. The waiter forgot my kid’s drink and desert. And it took them forever to fill our water. It was a late lunch and There were only a few customers. The manager came out, he did nothing but told us they have new people back in the kitchen. Summary in all the food is below average, people there don’t really care about the service much.

The hostesses were lovely and our server Jason was incredible. The food was delicious and we had an amazing meal. Famous Dave’s across the road cannot compare, stood waiting to be seated for 10 minutes. Will always come back to Applebees.

Though the service was good, the waiter we has was great, but the food and the atmosphere brought the experience down. Overhearing the manager having conversations with the waiters and hostess by the front door about the deadness of the restaurant and how much money its making vs the manager other restaurant making more money a day inviting the waiter to come over to his other store kinda left a bad taste. Speaking of taste, my wife and I got the chicken and shrimp off the 2 plates for $30 deal and got the salad for start. The salad just a bowl of lettuce and we had to ask for cheese and more dressing to make it a little better. The food came out within 2 minutes of the salads and the chicken was dry, the caramelized onions and mushrooms were raw and not cooked down, the shrimp was good... I had broccoli and my wife had greenbeans which they both were not seasoned. The drink specials we got was the Bahama mama and the star spangled something... the glass was so hot that it made the drink very warm. So we won't be going back for awhile like a extremely long while.

As my husband put it. "This place should be condemned." It is absolutely disgusting and dirty on the inside. I can't believe a chain restaurant would have such low standards. See pics of the horrid ceiling. The food was nasty as well. I only took a few bites and could not eat anymore.

I had French onion soup, Quesadilla burger and fries. Others had chicken fajita rollup and chicken tenders platter with brownie bites for dessert. Everyone was satisfied. Under 50 bucks before tip.

The food is OK...3.8 out of 5. But the waiting area was dirty. Renovations are needed. It's just about caring. These are old dirty areas that haven't been deep cleaned or painted anytime recently. The clean-up cart stunk as I was sitting there. 🙄😑

My husband was passing through and decided to get us some steak and shrimp Steak was over cooked so bad it is black and hard like it’s two days old can not cut with knife shrimp is black ! 60 dollars worth of steak can not eat! Would not recommend any take out from here! Waste of money and gas is to high to travel from Kingston to take it back !

Our server was awesome I forgot his name but he was the only server working. He keep coming and checking on us and making conversation. All and all one the best experiences I have had there minus my first date with my husband there almost 13 years ago
